If you are here, it's because you are interested in how we will handle the convoys from now on. We used to focus on having a massive attendance neglecting some important aspects of the development of our events, this will no longer be the case.

We have two sections here About our Convoys and About our Convoy Attendance, we've changed many aspects of both in order to improve our procedures within the VTC.

About our Convoys:

In our return we have decided to continue to hold one public event per month, however we will prioritize one event every 3 months. What does this mean?, I'll explain it to you:

Event with priority (1st month)

• Massive personalized invitations to several VTC's belonging to the TruckersMP community.
• Extensive creation of sections so that each VTC has it's own departure.
• Large convoy assistance team.
• Innovation and/or new dynamics during the event (this will be handled as we progress in event management).

Normal event (2nd and 3rd month)

• Personalized Invitations only to Partners VTC's and VTC's that support Destiny VTC. (This does not mean that if you are not invited you cannot come; on the contrary, we will appreciate your participation in our events on your own initiative, which we will take onto consideration for future invitations).
• Normal development maintaining the linearity of our events as we have been doing so far.

And once the third month is over, we return to the first month.

We do this in order to lighten the load on our team and at the same time, give all of us to design new mechanics or finding new routes which you can enjoy with us.

About Convoy Attendance

We all know that convoy attendance is important in the world of TruckersMP, both for VTC's looking to reach a wide audience and for drivers who enjoy having a good time with their friends driving together at large events with a designated route. However, there is a gap for users and various VTC's that significantly affects attendance at these events called TIMEZONE. Whether due to work, studies, health, among other activities; this limits our participation in the various convoys around the world.

Although Destiny is made up of users from all over Latin America and we have diverse schedules, it does not always coincide with a specific schedule. That is why we have created this new event attendance policy which defines how Destiny VTC commits to attend events:

Weekdays: For work and/or study purposes; Destiny VTC MAY CONFIRM ATTENDANCE AT YOUR EVENT (if we have the day available); however, attendance may be non-significant or non-existent on certain occasions. Therefore no slot will be requested for our VTC. This does not exempt us from supporting with confirmations for your event; whenever we can, we will do it.

Weekends: Being days where most users take a break from ordinary work, Destiny VTC WILL CONFIRM THE ATTENDANCE TO YOUR EVENT (if we have the day available). Partially assuring a considerable attendance to your event by our drivers.

It should be noted that from now on we will be accepting 3 events per week (2 on weekends and 1 on weekdays) giving preference to VTC's that support us in our events.

Conclusion:

While these changes may have varied effects among the VTC's that invite us and attend our events; we wholeheartedly want you to know that we do this with the best of intentions, to be able to develop things better and to offer you the best of experiences with each of our procedures.
