Human Resources - OPEN (Closes 04/08/2024)
We're looking for looking to expand our Human Resources Team! As part of the Human Resources Team, you'll be responsible for hiring new drivers, dealing with driver discipline, activity checks and more.
This is an internal role, therefore you're required to be a driver for Dulcis Logistics to join.

We are looking to expand our current events team, in order to improve our convoys! You'll be responsible for planning events, inviting VTC's to our events, event promotion and more. You'll be expected to attend our events regularly, especially convoys planned by yourself.

Mr. pece_development joined Dulcis Logistics on the 20th of September. During this period, he has been very active within the discord and within the events that Dulcis Logistics has attended. We thank pece_development for the great activity within the VTC and we wish him continued success within TruckersMP and the VTC.

Staff Member of the Month :

Tolley

Tolley has joined Dulcis Logistics on the 3rd of June 2023. He's been active within the VTC as one of our main developers of the driver's hub. Tolley has been working hard behind the scenes of our brand new driver's hub, creating new features and fixing possible bugs found within the code! We thank Tolley for his hard work and wish him continued success within Dulcis Logistics and TruckersMP.

Team Summaries:

Human Resources Team

Throughout the month of September, the HR team have been extremely busy with the recruitment of new staff and drivers, driver discipline, driver checks and much more internal work behind the scenes. Due to Dulcis Logistics getting verified in October, the workload has increased significantly. As the statistics have shown, our Human Resources Team had to deal with more than double of the applications that we've received in September. This is a big step-up and we are actively improving to be able to finish applications even quicker than before! Besides the great news, we have also received some worse news. Our Human Resources Manager has retired on the 7th of October. We have not hired another Human Resources Manager yet, but our team is actively working on picking the best candidate for the role!

Event Team

The Event Management team have been working on preparing our upcoming events and plan to invite people to them shortly. The Event Team has also hired a new external Event Planner! Due to the workload increasing, the Event Management has decided to hire a new Event Planner, Enrikas. We wish Enrikas continued success within Dulcis Logistics.

Media Team

Throughout September, the media team have been helping our event team create media for upcoming convoys, including route banners, slot images and more! The photos that our Media Team creates are always top-notch. There's no place for error, therefore our photos are some of the best in the business!

How our convoy went -

On the 3rd August 2022 we held our second private convoy for drivers. We decided to this time hold the convoy in a DLC area. Although we did have less drivers attend than last week, the convoy was still a great success! :) We travelled a beautiful route through Italy with beautiful scenery, bendy and dirt roads and great views. We again received great feedback from the drivers which attended to convoy.

LovelyPiggy joined Dulcis Logistics on 6th of October 2023. Ever since then she has been showing great activity in our Discord server and on the TruckersMP network including attending events and just driving around! mantulyzas_TMP joined Dulcis Logistics on 8th of February 2023. Recently, he has also joined as Event Planner on November 6th and has been helping us a lot with planning our future public and private events and helping with inviting VTCs to our existing events. A Week Open!

It has been a week since myself, RodzTMP and Dylan opened Dulcis Logistics are we couldn't be any happier. Personally we loved seen the community grow. We have seen many people from all around the world join. Here is our summary of our first week!

Opening Day

Since the 5th of July. We've had a massive number of application's and we are now over 70 drivers on the TruckersMP page and have over 180 members in our Discord guild! This is a fantastic milestone for us to hit. All of us here at Dulcis never expected it to grow so quickly in such a short amount of time. Dulcis Logistics is still hiring so we hope to welcome many more as drivers!

We are excited to announce the launch of our new DriversHub and website for Dulcis Logistics, Our new platform is designed to enhance the driver experience and provide all the necessary resources to our team of virtual truckers.

In addition, our new website and Driver Hub provides a sleek and modern design that showcases all the information necessary and needed by drivers.

We believe that our new platform will be beneficial to our drivers and we encourage for you to check it out !

How our convoy went -

On the 31st August 2022 we held our sixth private convoy for drivers. We decided to make this weeks convoy slightly longer due to our last private convoy only 3 people was able to attend as a result of the TruckersMP issues that occurred. This week we decided to head into Romania to explore some of the beautiful roads it has to offer, The route was just over 1000 kilometres starting in Timisoara and went all the way down to Pirdop, We had 9 drivers attend the convoy and received great feedback.

How our opening convoy went -

On the 14th September 2022 we held our first public convoy to celebrate the opening of Dulcis Logistics. We had an extremely large attendance which far expected our expectations. We'd like to thank all the VTC's and attendees which attended our event! Without you, the event wouldn't have been possible.

Although, those that attended may have noticed the convoy did not go perfectly, we were extremely under staffed, unprepared and had a lack of communication for the amount of players attending. We hope this does not deter you from attending a Dulcis Logistics event in the future! We have already taken action and looking at ways this doesn't happen again in the future.

How our convoy went -

On the 9th November 2022 we held our eleventh private convoy for drivers. We decided to make this weeks a journey across the challenging alps of Ssouthern Europe where we explored the exquisite mountainous. For this convoy we again trialed something different with the theme being Renault and the cargo being Gasoline! This meant everyone had to take a Renault truck but however they could customise it how they would like. Due to great feedback on a poll we had, it was decided to bring this back for this and future convoys. The route was just over 1000 kilometres starting in Klagenfurt and went all the way up to Prague, We had over 10 drivers attend the convoy and received great feedback once again.

Dulcis Logistics has now reached a large milestone of 100 drivers!

Firstly, we'd like to thank everyone for all the support!
Dulcis Logistics got released to the public on 5th of July 2022.
In just over 2 weeks, we have reached 100 drivers, which is amazing too see.

We will be hosting a giveaway for drivers to celebrate hitting 100 drivers.

Dulcis Logistics are actively looking for new Event Team members which are able to help out at our events. You do not need to be a driver to apply for this role. Although it's preferred if you have had previous experience within an Event Team, if you have no experience that's fine as well! We will ensure all new Event Team members are trained appropriately (if you have had no prior experience) to ensure you're ready for one of our events.

• Have a microphone to be able to communicate with other CC and Managers.
• Be able to work well in a team.
• Good time management.

How our convoy went -

On the 22nd September 2022 we held our eighth private convoy for drivers. We decided to make this weeks a relaxing convoy through the east of Europe. We decided to head into Poland to explore the soothing backroads it has to offer, The route was just over 1000 kilometres starting in Wroclaw and went all the way down to Poznan, We had 7 drivers attend the convoy and received great feedback once again.

How our convoy went -

On the 12th December 2022 we held our twelfth private convoy for drivers. We decided to make this weeks a journey across the cold, icy North Europe where we explored the long and twisty roads. For this convoy we again trialed something different with the theme being Any Truck and the cargo being Liverpaste! This meant everyone could take any truck they please and they could customise it how they would like. Due to great feedback on a poll we had, it was decided to bring this back for this and future convoys. The route was just over 600 kilometres starting in Pori and going all the way across to Kouvola, We had over 10 drivers attend the convoy and received great feedback once again.
