Ana görevi etkinliklerimizde konvoyun düzgün bir şekilde ilerlemesi için destek olmak. İkinci bir görevi ise olacak etkinlikler hakkında fikirler vermesi ve bu etkinliği oluşturmada yardımcı olmak. Bu kişiler Event Team Manager'e bağlıdırlar.

Ana görevi VTC'mizin konvoylarında fotoğraf, video vb. işlerle ilgilenmek. Bunun yanı sıra VTC'mizin diğer medya işleri ile ilgilenmek. (Postlar için kapak fotoğrafı vb.) Bu kişiler Media Manager'e bağlıdırlar.
