Once you do the driver application, we get a notification in our Discord guild, and will proceed to evaluate your application. We usually try and aim to do this in as little as 2 minutes, to 12 hours - depends how busy our Human Resources team is ;).

You can view the status of your application, on the truckersmp vtc website, you should then see something similar to on your application. This will always show you the current status of your application.

Upon acceptance, you will receive a ping in our Discord guild, under member-updates, in which is our official, public, welcoming for every user, and all member-updates are displayed there.

In our Drivers Chat too, you will receive a non-pinged message, also welcoming you, with further info. Which will open a whole lot of new options to you, such as being able to download our tracker, Navio.

At WestSide Logistics we believe in a simple, but effective application system. We offer an on-website application form, and if you pass this, you are then a driver for WestSide. Short, simple, perfect.

This role is highest ranking within this VTC. Their job is to make major decisions regarding the VTC, manging overall operations and resources and is the primary point of contact for the human resources team, if there is any issues. The COO may step up to these responsibilities if the CEO is going to be unavailable at any point, at the discretion of the CEO. This will be known of acting-CEO, and this will only be known internally unless any major public announcements are to be made, where it must be disclosed.

Co-Owner - Miss Cookie

Their responsibilities include; overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operations of the VTC. The COO is also a senior executive who is considered second highest ranking within this VTC.

General Manager - KingKobraGaming

Their responsibilities include successfully implementing our VTC policies across the board, working with Human Resources and Management to develop strategic plans for the VTC, building and maintaining an effective management team, assuming full accountability of all company operations.

Human Resources Department

Human Resources Manager - N/A

The role of our Human Resources Manager is that they; lead and direct routine functions of the Human Resources department, including the management of all staff. They also administer all benefits, leave and they must enforce company policies. The Human Resources Manager may also report any concerns about the VTC and/or staff to the Managing Director, if necessary.

Human Resources Officer - N/a

The role of our Human Resources Officer is that they are responsible for; employing, developing and looking after all employees. This can involve actions such as training and monitoring employee performance. The Human Resources Officer (HRO) also helps look after all public members of our VTC too, including guests and partners.

Management

Events Manager - MashManlh345

The role of Event Manager is to plan events. They are also responsible for the operations of the event and making sure that everybody involved in the events staff team, understands their task, how to perform it and how to manage risks whilst the event is ongoing, whilst also correcting issues within the events with minimal disruption to the participants. They are also responsible for the attendance of the attendance for our VTC, on public events. Any requests for our attendance to public events must be run via this person(s).

Development Manager - JCBBuilds

The primary role of the Development Manager is to oversee and manage the development of all internal projects technical based, such as the website. They are also responsible for the maintenance of the Discord and other technologies. They also oversee developers and will provide them with training/mentoring, if necessary. This person should not be contacted unless it is development or reporting a technical problem, with our technologies..

Media Manager - N/A

I am hoping that this will be the only paint job this VTC will have unless people that join vote for a whole different livery at the moment we are hiring for all positions so if you want to apply explain what role your applying for and i will let you know if its taken or not
