Hello, everyone! Today, I will teach you how our ranking system works.

How do we track our drivers?

We use a software called Trucky that allows us to track deliveries, distances, our balance and our fleet as well as total delivery count.

What do we check when ranking a driver?

We check their distance counter, as its the most safe source to see how well the driver does. When a driver does a delivery, it counts as delivery distance and it changes the distance counter upwards.

What's the ranks that a driver can gain?

A driver can gain 5 ranks depending on the time that you are reading this article.

Trial Driver

Trial Driver rank is the default one and every driver gets this rank automaticly.

Normal Driver (3.000+ km)

In order to get the Normal Driver rank, you need to log atleast 3.000+ kilometers of distance.

Experienced Driver (15.000+ km)

List gets harder, to get this one, you need to log atleast 15.000+ kilometers of distance. Don't forget that you need to log it while doing deliveries.

Professional Driver (50.000+ km)

At the time this article got published, no driver got this rank so far. You need to log 50.000+ kilometers of distance.

Master Driver I (150.000+ km)

This is kinda impossible, but our drivers can manage to obtain this too, so we got this rank for future drivers. You need to log 150.000+ kilometers of distance.

How to get the ranks as a driver?

Well, contact to our Human Resources division from Discord and ask them about it. We will help as soon as possible.

Hello there! If you are reading this, you are probably a curious VTC owner or just curious. Well, we are mostly open to any convoy invitations so far. First step is to check our calender channel to see if the date is full. Next is to open a "Convoy Invitation" ticket in our Discord server to get a reply from our Human Resources team. Then, provide your Event page link, date, slot booking form or slot images so we can get a slot and the event server name. We need these to add your event to our calender list. As you can see, we started recruiting like what we did when we first opened. We were not that active for a month or more, so we lost some members but we'll rise back to what we were back then. We started doing some changes to the company before starting to rise. First, we changed our logo's colors and background. Then, we updated our Discord server and our entire management system. After that, we updated our Trucky system and fixed the issues on it. We also started recruiting professionally and started using the applications feature of TruckersMP which makes our jobs so much easier. Also, we're recruiting staff but its not open to public so I can't really give any information about it yet.

Hello, driver! Today is a good day because SCS Software bought TIRSAN's license to make TIRSAN and Kässbohrer trailers! After Feldbinder DLC got out, which most of the players love it, this will be the best DLC for Turkish players since its the first Turkish brand that SCS partnered with. PR & Marketing director Nemiro, Industry partnership director Oscar and Technic Artist Selçuk İslamoğlu, known as "SiSL" from SCS came to visit Turkey, İstanbul in order to make a partnership and buy the license of TIRSAN. SCS and TIRSAN knew eachother from IAA Hannover fair.

SCS also bought Talson's trailer license, which there is no information about, but its possible that there will be a DLC for it too. There has been no 3D or normal photos for making the DLC or trailers and there has been no plans to visit TIRSAN to get the information about it yet, but our guess is that SCS will visit the European or Istanbul dealership for it. We will inform you later if they update the situation.
