So, what's new?

Divisions:

This has been something we have been wanting to push for a while. It allows groups of drivers to join certain aspects of EHH competing with each other to be the best. From standard "Freight" to our certified "Heavy Haul" division, but those are not our only divisions. Each division has it's own "Division Head" who is responsible for driver engagement and division activity.

• Freight
• Intermodal
• ADR - HazMat
• Biomass/ Agricultural
• Heavy Haul

Events:

We've been working on starting our "Events Panel" area. So far we have developed systems that automatically track whether users have attended certain events and marked their attendance automatically. This used to be one of the responsibilities of the Driver Manager, but with this new tool that is one less responsibility for the Driver Department to focus on. Very soon we will be pushing the next parts of the "Event Panel" which will evolve pushing/ syncing users set routes.

Achievements | Personal & Division:

Personal: These will be passive achievements that you can work towards in your own time. From travelling a certain distance on 1 job, or covering a certain total number of miles. New achievements will be constantly set up as we go.

Division: These will be a team effort target achievement. There will be a fixed time frame in which each division will compete to win. Multiple factors can be running in each achievement. (Total cargo hauled, Total Weight, Total Income, Most Economical)

Synced Economy

When driving together I'm sure we all like to head in the same direction whilst chatting with friends in Voice Chats. So, we've been working on syncing the economy via the use of "Save Edits". Like TrucksBooks and SpedV drivers can select and sync jobs to the same location when needed. (We are still working to see if we can do the same with the "Cargo Market, however this is much harder due to how SCS has implemented them into the game)

Improvements:

We've always pushed to look into new areas where VTC's haven't and so, with that with the last version of our DriversHub we introduced "Fuel Claims" and "Insurance".

Insurance:

Unfortunately there was a few issues and with time it was fixed, but insurance did not work as intended. Initially insurance worked more like "Boosters" giving you a higher percentage earnt per-job submitted, meaning if you were involved in a collision you would not lose out on income. This has now been changed and Insurance works as intended. It is now based of off "Distance Per Month > Jobs Per Month > Earnings Per Month". A driver enters how many Miles/ Km/s they will cover in a month, how many jobs they think they will complete and the estimated earnings they expect to make. Any jobs then logged within those parameters they will always receive full pay, even if a "pilot car" rams into them and totals their job. The same can be said for late fees or anything similar.

Fuel Claims:

There was not anywhere near as many issues with Fuel claims as there was with Insurance. The only real issue with fuel claims was that each Driver/ User uses a different currency. So, if two drivers were to fill up with 500L of fuel and that cost Driver "A" - £624, but Driver "B" was using Euros, that would cost them €729. When it came to submitting this on the DriversHub, we did not apply a conversion (Noob mistake, we've learnt from it). So, drivers that were using Euro's made more in fuel claims then those using the British Pound. The same has been adapted for each currency supported in ETS2.

Desktop Application:

We've had our Desktop Application for a while now, but, we have updated it to match our latest panel design improvements. The economy system is used via the "Save Edit" in the navigation bar. (If you would like to see more, I guess you'll have to apply.)

Thank you for an amazing 2021. Your support has been amazing and we appreciate everyone. Whether you attended our events or just popped into our Discord to say hi, we would like to thank you. This year has had many highs and lows, but together, we have held multiple charity events and raised awareness for good causes. The community pulled together and completed multiple SCS Software World of Trucks events. The ETS2 community really is the #BestCommunityEver

Its been a challenging year, but heres hoping 2022 will be better for everyone. Stay safe and we will see you again in the new year!

It was another fantastic event held by the legendary Gokboru team and consisted of a great meetup at the start and a fantastic route. We wish Berk a fantastic birthday and hope that you have an amazing day.

On a sadder note, today is also 21 years since the twin towers attack in New York. The event is still in our memories and our thoughts are with those affected. May we all strive to live in a world of peace and love.

Driver experience is such an important part of what we do here at EHH, and having intuitive, easy to use content which improves the feeling of simulation and enjoyment is a top priority. Myself (Gamer) and my Dear friend RadioJay Founded Euro Heavy Haulage back in 2016. We had both been in VTC together before, but, we always felt like something was missing. We set out to create a trucking community of our own, something we could be proud of, something we knew others would also like to join. We hire drivers from all over the world, all races and all cultures. If you can drive, if you're friendly, you're in. It's that simple. However, once you're in, it doesn't end there, we host weekly company drives crisscrossing all over Europe. We call them "The EHH RoadTrip".

We have our very own, custom made DriversHub. To our knowledge, no other VTC has what we have here at Euro Heavy Haulage. We've created a system entirely from scratch, meaning, better customisation for our needs, as well as showing dedication and hard work. It shows that we care for you as well as being committed to giving you the best experience possible.

As many of you have seen/ attended, we have recently started our Bi-weekly convoys once again, as to which our last public convoy attracted over 70 people. We were amazed at the sheer amount of people that attended our event, which made us realise that we should probably open up our Convoy Control team again. We did not expect so many people to attend due to us only just starting our convoys again, but how wrong we were. In the coming weeks we plan to improve and expand our CC team to use at our public events.

Without revealing our plants, but our 5year anniversary is being planned to be different. We will still be doing the usual, Meetup/ Truckfest followed by a convoy. However, we feel that this has become very generic and that we could improve this a little, so, there shall be some events as well as a VTC vs VTC competitions. More information will be released in the coming weeks with all the required information.

We are so glad to see these back again and loved the challenging and scenic route. The events are always well planned and attract large numbers of attendees, which can normally cause issues, but their experienced team handled it flawlessly.

Prime never fail to deliver when it comes to excellent convoys and this one was no exception. It had a fantastic community feel and despite being on a public server, the team did a great job of keeping everything running smoothly. The route took in some fantastic scenery and we experienced a stunning sunset.

This October, EHHVTC turns 6 years old and we plan to celebrate in style.

On October 15th, at 17:00 BST, we will be holding our biggest ever birthday party... and you're invited! We've always said we'd rather have a smaller, active and loyal community, so, that is exactly what we're doing.
