Movezen's Senior Management Team ('SMT') have been hard at work developing and planning changes which are going to transfork Movezen as we know it, into a more lively, welcoming and active community for all.

Activity requirements..

On May 1st, we introduced a flat baseline expectation for all of our drivers and staff to meet. Upon futher discussion, we have come to the realisation that one "fit-for-all" approach isn't likely to work in the long run. So, with that in mind, we've taliored a much more 'modern' approach to our activity requirements - these changes are effective June 1st.

From June 1 2026, we're introducing band-based activity requirements to Movezen. The way that this will work, is everyone will start at a baseline figure, then upon good activity and behaviour, their activity requirements and expectations, become lower.

Bandings..

Movezen's activity banding system works on a scale of 1 to 5, but in reverse. Therefore 5 is the strictest band, 1 is the least restrictive. However, we also recognise that circumstances change for people on a daily basis, therefore we're also introducing emergency-style bandings, using negative numbers (-2 to -5, working in the same reverse system).

• Band 5: 1,500 kilometres (932 miles) of recorded driven distance, plus 2 public event attendances, per calendar month.
• Band 4: 1,250 kilometres (777 miles) of recorded driven distance, plus 2 public event attendances, per calendar month.
• Band 3: 1,000 kilometres (621 miles) of recorded driven distance, plus 2 public event attendances, per calendar month.
• Band 2: 1,000 kilometres (621 miles) of recorded driven distance, plus 1 public event attendance, per calendar month.
• Band 1: 500 kilometres (311 miles) of recorded driven distance, plus 1 public event attendance, per calender month.
• Band -5: 1,500 kilometres (932 miles) of recorded driven distance, per calendar month.
• Band -4: 1,250 kilometres (777 miles) of recorded driven distance, per calendar month.
• Band -3: 1,000 kilometres (621 miles) of recorded driven distance, per calendar month.
• Band -2: 500 kilometres (311 miles) of recorded driven distance, per calendar month.

Driven distance is calculated based on the driven recorded distance on deliveries, not your empty driven distance (or both combined). Event attendance is only recognised if you submit a valid event points claim. Event size doesn't matter, as long as you get evidence and can provide a TruckersMP Events URL for your points claim.

Staff Changes..

At Movezen, it is our ultimate goal to work with as many dedicated and talented individuals as possible, to help run our VTC as smoothly and effectively as possible.

With this in mind, Movezen has brought in a team of talented and well-trusted individuals from outside of our VTC, to help guide our Senior Management Team ('SMT') in the right direction of where this VTC should go.

Furthermore, Movezen is fully committed to placing personnel both where they wish to be and where they are best placed within our VTC. As such, this is why some familar faces will be returning to our VTC, with others being relocated to different positions with Movezen's staff team, to help build us the best VTC possible.

Events..

Movezen has and always will recognise that events are at the heart of both its and the wider communities core.

As such, it is Movezen's goal to hold its first public event since it's true relaunch in 2025, by the end of Q4 2026. Furthermore, we will be looking to once again, take (limited) event invitations on.

When Movezen does start accepting event invitations once again, we will only be operating the ticket for a few hours each day, 7 days per week. This is to ensure that our staff can handle the workload.

This will be brought back to 08:00 to 20:00, once we have more staff onboarded and trained in the relevant departments.

Admissions & Applications..

At Movezen, from time to time we see a sudden "spike" in demand for applications and admissions. To ensure that we're still giving a good recruitment and onboarding process, we're changing the timelines in which you can expect to hear from us, in regards to your application.

• During off-peak times (Q1, Q3 of a year): Minimum of 6 hours, maximum of 84 hours.
• During peak times (Q2, Q4 of a year): Minimum 36 hours, maximum of 120 hours.

While these timelines should only be used as a guideline, please keep in mind we review each application carefully and it may take longer for yours to be processed than the 'advertised' time.

Over the past few months, most noted, since Christmas, Movezen has been doing a periodical review of all of its procedures and processes, finding and concluding most of which, are very outdated and some haven't changed since we first opened, in late 2021 - that's a really long time, especially when VTC's need to adapt and evolve.

Changes to our minimum activity standards.

As of May 1st 2026, Movezen is introducing permanent activity requirements for its drivers and staff. These are:

• A minimum recorded delivery distance of 500 miles (804 kilometres), per any given calendar month.
• A minimum public event attendance, of once, per any given calendar month.

We recognise these changes are considerably drastic in comparison to our relaxed approach of no minimum activity, at current. But this step, is a necessary one to continue making sure that Movezen is operational.

Changes to candidates applying for our staff vacancies.

Again, as of May 1st 2026, our application process for our staff vacancies, is going to change permanently.

As a result of these changes, we're introducing the following:

• Minimum (global) candidate requirements for all staff vacancies.
• An interview stage for each vacancy.
• A probationary period for each candidate, of 180 days (approx 6 months).
• Stricter screening procedures - to ensure good-quality and low-risk staff are being on-boarded.

Most positions will also see position-specific requirements for candidates, in addition to the global ones.

Division's..

Effective from June 1st 2026, Movezen's division's are changing for the better. Currently, we operate 6 specialist divisions for our drivers to unlock and join. I'm glad to announce a 7th today, in preperation for the Euro Truck Simulator 2: Coaches DLC being released in the future.

Introducing: Passenger Transport

At current, this division will remain closed after June 1st, but will open once the DLC is released to players.

Furthermore; we have restructured how our divisions are managed. We now have the following:

• Division Management
• Division Supervisors

The new Division Supervisor role will oversee and handle the day-to-day running of Movezen's divisions, such as accepting delivery validation requests, setting division-based challenges and much more!

Events..

At present, Movezen has withdrawn from all and any of its previously booked event attendances. There were several factors we had to take into consideration before this decision was made, however fundamentally it was the correct decision for us at present.

However, Movezen will be reopening the comtact-panel in its Discord in the future, where we will welcome your event invitations like normal - when we do this, it will be announced in our Discord.

Staff performance/metrics

At present, as past and current staff members will be aware, Movezen has no performance metrics or similar for its staff members. However, this is something we are working on and we should have ready no later than Q4 of 2026.

Conclusion..

In conclusion, we certainly appreciate that these changes will be drastic and a "shock to the system" for many of those in and around Movezen, however we stand by our decision to make these changes for the long-term improvements that we project that we'll see, from them.

Update on our TruckersMP goal:

We currently have 101/50 required members. Of those, at the time of these statistics, 31% (31/101) of those members have been active on TruckersMP within the past two months.

To attain Verification on TruckersMP, we need a minimum activity rating of 49.51%, based on the current 101-user value. That’s a total of 50 active people we require to reach this goal, alongside events and other requirements we need to meet.

First and foremost, there have been two important changes made recently to make the business more professional and free-flowing. On February 22nd we, for the first time, introduced a public phone number. For those who wish to use it, the number is 01202 028181 - lines open Mon-Sun, 09:00-20:00. Secondly, we recently changed our registered office address. You will now see our address appear as; Movezen Group LTD, Highfield House, Congleton Road, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, ST7 3SY.

Next, we move onto the biggest announcement yet. As announced in our press release back in October 2025, we have now launched our security services in the South-West region of England. We’ve been working alongside and in collaboration with Effective Security Services LTD, providing services to a range of clients, including big names such as Hollywood Bowl and Greene King.

Moving further into 2026, we are excited to look for our first long-term contract, solely providing services on our own - with our own staff (please get in touch if you believe we can assist with this).

Lastly, we at Movezen can confirm that as of today both elements of our business are operational and doing well (haulage, security) and are actively seeking contracts and clients within both sectors.
