Due to the following inappropriate actions by GM Latte while managing ticket operations, which have severely impacted the internal workflows of Rising Sun Logistics:

1. Closing ticket counters without authorization.

2. Executing unauthorized muting operations.

3. Refusing to resolve the matter despite management's guidance.

Based on the above reasons, the management has decided to impose the following disciplinary actions:

1. Effective immediately, GM Latte will be removed from their position.

2. A formal warning will be issued.

At the same time, to ensure smooth operations:

1. The GM position will be taken over by Evan .

2. The position of Media Manager will be assigned to Xiaochen .
