During this period, we've received over 500 applications to join, and unfortunately, we've had to apologize to over 400 members who didn't fit our team's criteria and goals.

Given this overwhelming response, we've decided to develop our registration system to give us a better understanding of applicants.

For over a year, the registration form has included over 10 detailed questions.

Some of these questions are classic, such as: • Games and DLCs you own • Teams you've previously been a member of

But the most important questions for us are the personal questions: • Your skills • Your availability • And, most recently, if you have any health conditions or disabilities

We ask these questions not out of curiosity, but rather to understand you better so we can better accommodate and support you. For example, if English isn't your native language and you're fluent in other languages, we'll try to offer ads in multiple languages so you feel like you're part of the team.

We're here to support you and provide a fun and safe environment. Your religion, language, race, gender identity, or health condition will never be a reason for discrimination or exclusion within Moroccan Truckers. With us, you can enjoy and integrate without fear or worry of any kind of bullying or marginalization.

Starting now, a new question will be added to the membership form, and we may continue to add more in the future as needed. If you notice something missing or have a suggestion for improving the system, don't hesitate to contact us, whether through this channel or our Discord server—we're always here for you.

We are looking for you! Join our driver team and expand it with your knowledge. Work your way up and manage to take this shipping company even further. Whether in the event team, in the community team or more. Your knowledge will help us move forward, we are waiting for you.

During the trial period, drivers are evaluated based on various criteria, including their driving skills, adherence to company rules and regulations, participation in group activities, and overall attitude. This period allows both the driver and the VTC to assess if they are a good fit for each other.

Promoting a trial driver to a driver is a significant milestone in their journey within a VTC. It signifies not only their driving skills but also their commitment to the VTC's values and goals. By recognizing and promoting talented drivers, VTCs can create a strong and cohesive community that drives success for everyone involved.

Our gathering was completed in the year 2023, We wish all friends a happy year full of enjoyment. There were some obstacles that were overcome.
