From early morning departures to long night drives — summer brings its own special atmosphere to the road. Whether through busy cities, country roads or endless highways, our drivers keep moving and keep the freight rolling. Ljeto je počelo u CARGOLinku Ljeto je stiglo — i ne rastu samo temperature vani. Vruće je i ispod kabina, motori rade punom snagom, a naši kamioni su ponovo na putevima širom Evrope. Dani su duži, zalasci sunca jači, a na cestama se ponovo osjeća više života. Od ranih jutarnjih vožnji do dugih noćnih ruta — ljeto donosi posebnu atmosferu na putu. Bilo kroz velike gradove, lokalne ceste ili kilometarske autoputeve, naši vozači nastavljaju voziti i održavati transport u pokretu. Upravo to predstavlja duh CARGOLinka — zajedništvo, aktivnost i ljubav prema cesti. I unutar zajednice se osjeti dolazak ljeta. After completing the first phase of 2025, we are now working on the release of the second CARGOLink Calendar – Edition 2026! Following the great success of our previous edition, the calendar became popular not only among our drivers but also within the wider trucking community. We are proud to continue this tradition. This year comes with a slight delay — but it’s worth the wait. We are currently finalizing the last adjustments and design alignments. The project has officially entered its final stage before print. We are especially proud of our highly talented Media Team, whose creativity, dedication, and professional skills strongly support the Office and actively contribute to the realization of projects like this.

Starting today, CARGOLink officially uses the CAL-Points system, where drivers earn points for various activities within the company and can unlock honorary roles. In addition, today marks the launch of our complex Dispatch system, assigning sets of routes to drivers who choose to take part in the program and commit to completing them. With 2026, we are introducing several new features and a revised system — fresher, more realistic, and more comfortable for all our employees who are tirelessly on the road every day. We will continue to modernize and constantly update our company, and a large amount of exciting work still lies ahead of us.

CARGOLink proudly welcomed the release of the new Nordic Horizons DLC. The moment it launched, the crew set off on their first convoy together – and soon their trucks were rolling through the enchanting landscapes of the far North. From deep green forests and fjord-lined coastlines to the rugged, rustic northern roads leading toward the North Cape, every kilometer felt like a fresh adventure. With shimmering northern lights above their cabins and the steady hum of engines beneath them, CARGOLink celebrated the DLC in the best possible way – together, on the road, in the heart of north Europe!!

According to Trucksbook data, our company has taken 1st place in Europe and 3rd place worldwide in our category - with an overwhelming 2,220,000 km (for October 2025)! Seeing this result is truly remarkable and fills us with an incredible sense of pride. This milestone is the outcome of one month of hard work and the tireless dedication of our drivers, who travel across Europe in all directions, day in and day out! What may seem impossible for others is not just work for us — it’s our passion! We also broke our internal individual record for the third time this year — another incredible achievement! What makes this even more impressive is that these results were reached with only 60–70% of our total capacity… just imagine what would happen if everyone pushed at full throttle!

VTC(ommunity) or VTC(ompany)?

The most obvious difference: Many VTCs today are structured more like communities without many (or any) minimum requirements, obligations, and fixed rules. CARGOLink is the complete opposite. We truly operate as a VTC(ompany) where performance, activity, and driving are at the core. A uniform livery & playertag for everyone and a clear structure set us apart. This is also reflected in the number of drivers. We always have 50-70 drivers on tour daily and cover over 1 million kilometers per month. Others may have over 150 members but only a few active drivers. We place great value on our team and the driving, so our focus is not on taking on hundreds of members/drivers who are inactive, have no connection/affiliation with the company and only want to show a loose affiliation to feel like they belong somewhere.

WesternBalkans or International?

The team is now international. CARGOLink was founded as a WesternBalkans company and for years hired only drivers from this region. At the end of 2023/beginning of 2024, due to the high level of interest, we opened our doors to international applicants. Today, over a year later, our drivers come from 3 continents, belong to 15 nations, and speak 11 languages, but they all share the same mission – moves forward. We are especially proud of our drivers who have been part of CAL for over eight years and all new and interested colleagues who are committed to contributing to the company's success! The drivers range in age from 17 to 41, with the majority being 20 to 28.

You'll almost only find us on the road throughout Europe and rarely at events or public convoys. Known as a long-range company connecting Europe from one end to the other, we're mostly busy with our own activities. We also have an internal event and convoy system that's popular with our drivers, followed by a rich reward system, competitions, and gifts for successful completion. Some of our employees (1/3) even know each other IRL through our annual live driver meetings. We also have a fan community, various fan merchandise, maintain good relationships with everyone, and are continuously expanding our program.

CARGOLink GP 2025 je interni firmenski event koji se održavao tokom Februara na nekoliko lokacija. Event je sadržavao nekoliko staza na kojima su naši momci pokazivali svoje vozačke sposobnosti i u tijesnoj utrci sa vremenom odrađivali stazu po stazu i tako sakupljali poene! Event je bio planiran kao odmor od svakodnevne vožnje pri kojoj su zabava i druženje bili glavni cilj! CARGOLink GP 2025 is an internal company event that was held during February at several locations. The event contained several tracks where our boys showed their driving skills and in a tight race against time, they did track by track and thus collected points! The event was planned as a break from everyday driving where fun and socializing were the main goals! U 2025 nastavljamo naš program BLUEmeetGREEN sa modernizacijom i elektrifikacijom flote! Danas vam predstavljamo naš novi model Mercedes-Benz MP6! Nadamo se da će služiti dugo godina i biti vjerno u službi!

O vozilu: Mercedes Benz MP6 Elektro Od 2022. godine potpuno električna verzija pod nazivom eActros 300 ili eActros 400 nudi se kao tegljač s poluprikolicom i šasija za distribucijski transport. Baterije ukupnog kapaciteta od 336 kWh omogućavaju domet od oko 330 km; 448 kWh omogućava oko 400 km. eActros 300 i eActros 400 isporučuju se isključivo sa kabinom M Classic Space (bivši Antos). Pogonski sklop se sastoji od sinhronog motora sa permanentnim magnetima sa kontinuiranom snagom od 330 kW, kao i četverobrzinskog mjenjača (dva stepena prijenosa naprijed i dva unazad svaki). About the vehicle: Mercedes Benz MP6 Electro From 2022, an all-electric version called the eActros 300 or eActros 400 is offered as a semi-trailer tractor unit and a chassis for distribution transport.
