§1.1 Naming Nicknames may not contain insulting, forbidden or protected names or parts of names. ****

§1.3 Avatars and uploading files Avatars may not contain pornographic, racist or offensive content. The same applies to pictures, videos, GIFs and co.

§1.4 Recording conversations Recording conversations is only allowed on the whole server after consultation with the present users of the corresponding channel.

§1.5 Privacy Private data such as phone numbers, addresses, passwords and the like may not be exchanged publicly.

§1.6 Discord rights Discord rights are not given randomly, but always serve a specific reason. If you need rights, you can contact the responsible admin.

§1.7 Advertising Advertising is only allowed in the ⁠╚│advertising│ Channel!

§1.8 Own music/sounds Playing your own music, or transmitting other unwanted sounds is prohibited.

§1.9 Bots (esp. music bots) Bots may be used in all channels. However, you should ask all other people in the channel for permission before using bots.

§1.10 Obligation to report All users are required to follow the Discord server rules. If a rule violation is detected by a user, it has to be reported to an admin immediately.

§1.11 Kick/Ban A kick or ban is at no time unfounded, but is meant to make you think about your own behavior. Inappropriate kicks/bans must be reported to the appropriate admins.
