Punctuality is Key: Always be on time. Not 'arrive-as-the-party-is-ending' on time, but 'there-before-the-pizza-gets-cold' on time.
Respect the Rig: Treat your truck like your favorite pet. Feed it, groom it (maintenance, of course), and never leave it behind. And remember, just because it can carry heavy loads doesn’t mean it likes to carry ALL the loads.
Keep It Professional: We are professional truckers - except when it comes to puns. If you don’t have at least one truck pun up your sleeve, this might not be the company for you.
Always Be Courteous: Remember, everyone on the road is a potential friend. Or a potential customer. Or both. You never know who might need a cargo of rubber ducks delivered next Tuesday.
Communicate: If you get lost, don't be afraid to ask for directions. We’ve heard "I took the scenic route" enough times, thank you.
Have Fun: At Saine Ventures, we believe work should be fun. That’s why we replace every fifth load with confetti. Just kidding... or are we?
Join the Team: Join our weekly multiplayer sessions. Don't worry, they're not mandatory. But we do talk about those who don’t show up…

Requirements

Driver's License: A clean driver's license is a must. Bonus points if it's not made of crayon.
Experience: Some experience in Euro Truck Simulator 2 is necessary. You don't need to know every shortcut in Europe, but at least know how to start the truck.
Communication: Good communication skills are a must. If you've ever convinced a cop you were just 'speed testing', you're in.
Team Player: Must be a team player. This means not just hauling the load but also hauling your weight in the team. We're like a big family, but with 18-wheelers.
Sense of Humor: A good sense of humor is essential. We're a trucking company that values a good laugh almost as much as a safe delivery. If you've got jokes that can make a grumpy dispatcher laugh, we need you.
Internet Connection: You'll need a stable internet connection to join our multiplayer sessions. If you've been known to disconnect in the middle of a session, we suggest upgrading from carrier pigeons to actual Wi-Fi.
Age: You must be over the legal driving age in your country, and mature enough to handle the responsibility of a virtual trucking company. We can't have our deliveries depend on when your bedtime is.
