Event Rules:

Temp Rules Public: Keep a safe distance to the truck in front of you. Give VTC’s priority at departure. Trucks with lag go at the back. You must haul a trailer. Oversized trailers and double trailers are allowed. Follow TruckersMP rules. Respect convoy control staff and other participants. Keep a safe distance from the truck in front. Allow all staff to pass safely. No blocking / ramming on purpose. Cars are NOT allowed. Except for Management, admins, CC Team, Media Team and Supervising Team. No overtaking unless permission from Management staff No racist or bad comments in ingame chat. Stay in single line! No free roaming Follow Convoy Staff and highers instruction when mentioned

Convoy Staff (General rules that apply to every role): Staff are allowed to stay on the road to block the junction to lead people the right way. Staff are allowed to overtake the convoy. All the Convoy staff and higher are allowed to overtake on the wrong side of the road When a staff member isn’t doing a job, for example CC, they can just drive within the convoy, but all the public rules apply to them. Cars are NOT allowed, exept for Management Staff and higher. All the staff should have the tag: #H24 [role] (team). For example: #H24 Media Team

Convoy Staff (Special rules for certain teams): CC Team: CC Team are going to use Trucks for the CC Saves. For the people who are not doing CC saves, they are welcome to help the CC to block the road. Overtaking rules apply! Overtake on the wrong side of the road if possible!

Media Team: For the media team. If you are doing either photography or videography, you have the access to the truck paintjob in your role channel. Ask for the permission to @Media Team Leader to use the car on the road. Overtaking rules apply! Overtake on the wrong side of the road if possible!

Lead/Tail Team: You guys are going to drive as leader or tail in the convoy. For those who has not assigned a route as leader or tail should remain in the convoy as a participicant.

Streamer Team: You can either drive as a convoy participant, or overtake the convoy and then stream the whole convoy with free camera. The car rule are the same as all the others!! They have permission to help out the CC team to block the road DURING the duty. Overtaking rules apply! Overtake on the wrong side of the road if possible! Their tag will be displayed as “Humanity24 Streamer”

Supervising Team: Receives reports from public and follows order from @Supervising Leader as he is working together with @CC Team Leader to manage the gaps, crash warnings, lead people back to the convoy when lost and look around for any other issues caused. Anything unusual should be reported to the team leader so you can have backup if needed. They can drive a Truck only without the permission. Supervising team are also the slot parking assistance. You should lead all the players to the right slot. Make them stop and ask them to follow you to the right spot.

Leadership Team & the Development Team: They are allowed to drive a car aswell as a truck with Black paintjobs.

Assisting our driving personnel is a great team of administrative staff which includes Human Resources, dispatchers, Content Personal, Event Personal, and many more representatives. These individuals plan, organize, and execute our operations day in and day out.

• There will be convoy control, so NO overtaking or driving recklessly.
• Speeds will be no more than 70mph! DO NOT OVERTAKE THE PILOTS!
• Listen to all pilots as they are and will be there to provide the best experience.

Please do not turn up if your not going to be in company truck & trailer. This is a company convoy.
