Human Resources Recap of June 2025!

Hello everyone , we hope you all are having a good day We are over halfway through the year already! Yes, that's right, and what an amazing adventure it has been so far here at Pean Logistics as we continue to grow

Throughout the month of June, the Human Resources team has been hard at work ensuring the quality of our drivers is world-class. We have accepted, rejected, and removed several people this month and handled a small number of internal issues. We have also welcomed a new HR team member, Rocker, and wish him all the best in his new role. We hope he continues to thrive as he has been doing since the day he started here at Pean Logistics. We hope you will all congratulate Rocker on this promotion when you see him on the road

Drivers Terminated/Left/Cancelled: 7 drivers and applicants

We are still growing, with quite a lot of new drivers edging closer to that 600 mark. Personally, we would like to thank all those who have joined us and stayed with us through thick and thin. You are the backbone that makes this VTC run so well! We would like to also take this opportunity to congratulate our very own ZackHere in becoming a part of the TMP team
