Driver Recruitment Criteria

• Extensive Experience Minimum of 300 hours of driving experience

• Safety Conscious A strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to traffic regulations to ensure the well-being of both themselves and other road users.

• Adaptability The driver should be able to adapt to the convoy hours, dates, and convoy organization.

• Reliability A proven track record of punctuality and reliability in meeting delivery deadlines and following designated routes.

• Communication Skills Effective communication in English to understand instructions, maintain logs, and coordinate with dispatchers.

• Positive Attitude A positive and professional attitude towards clients, co-workers, and company policies.

• Clean Driving Record A clean driving history with no major traffic violations or accidents. (no perma ban in history)
