1、2年以上欧卡2线上游戏相关经验；

2、了解俱乐部发展方向及目标；

3、聚义联航内所有车队队员都可；

4、符合竞选岗位的专业技术，并知晓岗位的职责

四、竞选流程

1、竞选通知：2026年05月25日聚义联航发布内部岗位竞选通知，希望大家符合条件的优秀队员踊跃报名

2、竞选报名：所有岗位均为自愿或推荐报名的队员需填写《岗位竞选表》(附件1），并于2026年05月29日（周五）17：00完成提交，填写过程中犹如遇见任何问题可以联系瘋筱（qq：2811733782）

3、资格审查：2026年05月30日至31日风翼俱乐部综合管理部对报名人员进行核对及统计，最终确认竞选人名单并进行公示

4、组织面试：风翼俱乐部综合管理部对通过核对人员进行统一面试，具体时间另行通知

五、其他要求说明

竞选者须认真如实填写竞选材料，如发现填写内容存在虚假、隐瞒情况，将直接取消竞选资格

六、附件

3、需更改TMP前缀（不得随意更改）

4、统一群名片及YY马甲（不得随意更改）

风翼俱乐部成立之初是以“热情、真诚、公心、决心”为核心，确保俱乐部服务体系的完整性，不让俱乐部成员感到任何压力。每个管理都经过筛选并经队员认可，在一些特殊的问题上他们也是无私的，他们可以用一碗水来实现真正意义上的公平、公开和正义。这让俱乐部成员放心，这一切都是平等的，让大家在同一条线上共同发展。 风翼俱乐部成立于2023年7月31日（曾用名：五菱物流、完美驾期）。成立之初联运人数不到5人，通过管理层积极招人，耐心好客。在2023年09月14日联运人数达到10+，就在当时我们对当时的现状稳定发展的需要并不满足，还需要脚踏实地一步一步往前走，因为我们都知道这种事情是不可能的紧迫的。经历了一段艰苦的历程，在2023年11月29日我们拍摄了属于我们的第一个宣传片。在之后的日子里我们进行线下培训和线上娱乐的方式提升队员游戏体验，让我们在平日习惯、喜欢、建立团队成员与团队成员之间的关系，让我们在多式联运过程中紧密合作，微笑与和谐。这也是队长喜欢听到的声音，也就是队员们的声音。我们找到出发点、切入点、落脚点、着力点和关键点来落实团队成员反馈的问题。我们会一一破解，真正做到让每个团队成员都放行政管理和行政监督权，让每个团队成员都能发表意见，实现监督权。领队也会积极采取相关措施，让更上一层楼。慢慢的，我们会从10+变成15+。但是，我们对第二个并不满意，所以我们在2025年8月10日创建了聚义联航联合社，因为我们知道自己的力量还是渺茫的。我们聚义联航游戏联合社是一个以“聚同好之谊，联百游之行”为初心的游戏团队，我们将打破以往团队的思想，汇聚一起拧成一股绳。 让不合理的地方更加人性化。并指定制定了相对的制度，经理一年的沉淀我们将以新的形式在大家的视线中出现 The development history of Windwing Club. We worked closely together in the process of multimodal transportation, with smiles and harmony. This is also what the team leader likes to hear, that is, the voices of the team members. We found the starting point, entry point, foothold, focus, and key points to address the feedback from team members. We will solve them one by one, truly allowing each team member to exercise administrative management and supervision rights, allowing each team member to express their opinions and realize their supervision rights. The team leader will also actively take relevant measures to take it to the next level. Slowly, we will grow from 10+ to 15+. However, we are not satisfied with the second stage, so on August 10, 2025, we established the Juyi Lianhang United Society, because we know that our own strength is still slim. Our Juyi Lianhang Game United Society is a gaming team with the initial intention of "gathering like-minded friends and uniting in various travels". We will break the previous team's mindset, gather together and form a united front. We will make the unreasonable more humane. We have formulated a corresponding system, and after a year of accumulation, we will emerge in a new form in everyone's sight
