Nowt's Things of the month (creative I know) - December

Every month, the management team discusses things as to who has stood out over the past month, from convoy attendance, mileage, and jobs completed, to excel in their specialty. The driver that has been setting the example for everyone else is exactly this, our Driver Of The Month!

For December, we have collectively agreed within management that TheBoySmythe has shown outstanding attendance in convoys within the company through the past month, and an outstanding job tracking progress. However; he is also a unique character, always engaging in some form of contact with the rest of the team! His dedication to NOWT has been appreciated, and we have noticed your effort!
