SLOT BOOKING AT NOWT JUST GOT EASIER!

Following on from your feedback, we have decided to update our slot booking process. This is now done through 1 single form for all our convoys, which also allows you to view the available slots without having to leave the form!

Here's a quick guide on how to book slots at Nowt events...

Who can book a slot?

Slots are basically parking slots that other VTCs can book to guarantee a parking space at our events. They will also be given a spot in the leaving order so that the whole VTC can depart together at the start of the convoy. The following VTCs are eligible for slots at our convoys:

• VTCs that think they will have at least 3-5 drivers attending our convoy
• VTCs that are in good standing within the community
• Our partners do NOT need to book slots as these are automatically assigned and then sent over separately.

Slots are assigned on a First-Come, First Serve basis, and therefore you may not get the slot you originally booked if it fills up by time we get to your request.

Step 1: Your Details

The first thing you need to do is head to our Google Form for slot booking to get started.

On the first page, you will be promoted to enter some details about you and the VTC you are booking a slot for. You'll need to let us know who you are, how we should contact you, and an estimated amount of drivers that will be attending our convoy.

Once you have filled all of this in, select "Next"

Step 2: Convoy Selection

This is quite self-explanatory. On this page you select which convoy you are booking the slot for.

Once you have chosen a convoy, select "Next". The form will then take you to the correct page for that convoy.

Step 3: Slot Selection

At the top of the next page, there will be a collection of slot images labelled with the name of the in-game company, and their section number.

Each selection contains a set number of slots. These slots do not have a specific space within the company, so your VTC is welcome to park together anywhere in the company. Please be considerate of the other VTCs in your section though!

At the bottom, there is an option to select which section you would like your slot to be in. This will also show how many slots are left in each section, and the other VTCs in each section.

Once you have chosen a section, select "Next". You should then be taken to the final page of the form.

Step 4: Submitting your form

On the final page, you will be asked to agree to the terms of the slot booking.

Once agreed to, you can then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

One of our teams should then get back to you within 3 days. If you do not hear from us, please ask one of the team and we will look into this for you.
