Challenges & Solutions

Challenges: Large turnout led to management issues such as unnecessary chatter, poor mic usage, time delays, and inexperienced trainee drivers struggling with convoy rules. Some members couldn’t attend due to time constraints. Solutions: Need to conduct driver training on proper communication, convoy driving etiquette, and emphasized the importance of keeping mics open and giving clear calls during events.

Upcoming Goals

Raise average attendance to 10 drivers. Continue training drivers on convoy discipline and coordination.

We would like to inform you that Tamil Pasanga VTC is currently receiving a high number of duplicate event invitation tickets from different VTCs. To avoid confusion and unnecessary ticket handling, we kindly request you to follow the guidelines below before sending an event invite.

Read the Ticket Description Carefully Before opening an event invitation ticket, please make sure you have properly read our ticket description and requirements. Incomplete or duplicate tickets may be closed without response.

Check Our Event Calendar We have already implemented an official Event Calendar system. Please check our calendar before opening a ticket. If we already have an event scheduled on the same date, kindly do not open a ticket for that day.

Avoid Duplicate Invitations If you have already sent an invitation, please do not create multiple tickets for the same event. One ticket is more than enough.

Exciting news from SCS Software — the new Scania truck has been officially released in ETS2! 🟢 To align with this major update, our VTC will be updating to ETS2 Version 1.57 soon.

What’s Planned:

New VTC profile update to match 1.57

Addition of the new Scania models to our fleet lineup

Updated company paint jobs & driver profiles

Maintenance & testing phase before full rollout

Action Required:

Please wait before updating your game until we announce full compatibility.

Once confirmed, all drivers will receive the new VTC profile link.
