As Starcem Logistics, we aim to establish long-term partnership relationships with active and reliable teams that are committed to ethical values ​​in the virtual logistics world. The stance represented by each VTC we will partner with must be compatible with the corporate structure of Starcem Logistics and must be based on mutual trust.

Basic Requirements:

The following conditions are the prerequisites that every team that will apply must fully meet:

1. Establishment Period: The applying VTC must have at least 2 months of history. Applications from newly established formations that have not yet established their corporate structure will not be evaluated.

2. Number of Members and Activity: Applications from teams with a minimum of 35 active members, who regularly hold or participate in collective events are accepted. The activity of the members and their behavior within the community are examined in detail.

3. Event Culture: It is very important to organize or participate in an official convoy at least once a month and to keep regular activity reports. The presentation quality and level of discipline for the convoy are taken into consideration in terms of partnership suitability.

4. Community Behaviors: Collaboration is made with teams that fully comply with the community rules and TruckersMP guidelines and establish positive relationships with other communities. Partnerships are not established with structures that are involved in discussions and are prominent with rule violations.

5. Organization and Presentation: The Discord server of the VTC applying is expected to be regular, its promotion professional, and its social media channels active and up-to-date. At least one active channel on social media platforms is required (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter).

6. TruckersMP VTC Page: The VTC page on TruckersMP must be up-to-date and prepared in detail; It is expected to reflect the identity and professionalism of the company.

7. Approved VTC Status: The VTC that will apply must be a company that is Verified by TruckersMP. This status shows the reliability of the team to be collaborated with and its reputation within the community.

8. Logo, Introduction and Information: The following information is requested from the team in full during the application:

• Mutual promotion is made
• Official partnership logo and role are shared
• Access to special partner channel is given
• Joint event planning is initiated
• Partnership announcement channels are monitored
• Convoy Control team support is provided.
• Media Team support is provided.
• Advertising Support is provided in the sent announcements.

Evaluation Process:

Applications are carefully reviewed by the Starcem Logistics management team. Additional information and presentations may be requested if necessary. The average evaluation period varies between 3 and 7 days. The results are communicated to the applicant privately.

With the teams whose applications are evaluated positively;

• Mutual promotion is made
• Official partnership logo and role are shared
• Access to special partner channel is given
• Joint event planning is initiated

Warnings and Cancellation Situations:

• When language, behavior or attitude that is not suitable for cooperation is observed, the partnership process may be terminated unilaterally and without notice.
• No more partnership meetings will be held with teams that are found to have provided misleading information during the process.
• Partnerships of teams that are not active or stay away from communication during the partnership process may be suspended.

Application Method:

Applications are accepted only through the #managment channel on the Starcem Logistics Discord server or directly to the authorized staff.
