After a fantastic years of many convoys, many drives, growing as usual, making fantastic friends, and continuing in a positive light, aiming for achievements we never thought we reached is outstanding, a year with many ups and downs, but a FANTASTIC show of dedication from @everyone , I cant even describe words any better about this year as i did in our announcements section, Reaching 8th place in the world this month as a VTC, after only starting this year, starting from 0 drivers to 125, SHOWING the Northwind way, and the dedication, on how far we have come, its amazing, ending with 12,016,1078KM, roughly around the same as long running VTCS, showing our activity and competitive community!

WOW, LIKE REALLY WOW! WHAT A WAY TO END THE YEAR, BREAKING 7 RECORDS THIS MONTH, THE MOST WE EVER HAVE, BREAKING 6 PERSONAL NORTHWIND RECORDS, AND ONE MILAGE STATISTIC SECOND HIGHEST EVER PLACEMENT FOR 2ND PLACE!

• Ending the month with the @Founder reaching 1ST PLACE IN THE WORLD for DECEMBER, reaching 500,000KM in a month, a new personal month record best in northwind, with a NorthWInd Driver, @meegz our Driver of the month in the TOP 8 all time in the world, what is incredible, History has been made!

• This was Northwinds MOST TECHNICAL active Month with Kilometers and members logging a job! -Ending the month with our Highest ever placement, and highest ever THP in a month, finishing Second Place with 384,512 THP!

   The fact we ending with 12 milliom, averaging 1 million km a month, whilst for the first 4 months growing, and building, with not much driving, to show our true spirit, make our average from 230,000km to , 600k, 800k, to 1 million, with late effiecient acceleration with no milage requirements is even more impressive, finishing 8th Overall in the year, Its fantastic, the bounceback, the grind, 2 second placements, one 3rd in may, june and december, Incredible scenes, and what a year!
  

All of our management and staff, couldnt be more happy with such a fantastic community we have, as of date with only 120 drivers.

Convoy Highlights

Despite having quite a few issues with events this month (an unstable event server and a series of updates ruining CC saves, to name a few), we've managed break a lot of new ground this month!

Lz_TMP[UK] Birthday MONTH Convoy | NørthWind Monthly Convoy #6

Our #6 Monthly Convoy came with an unstable server that had it so where your game would crash when there were a lot of players nearby, but it marks the 1st time we've used our in-house CC group, NørthWind Convoy Control, to supervise a convoy on an event server. Since starting NWCC in August 2025, we have become fully operational with 14+ External and Internal CC team members as of writing this, and now, we can start lending our services to other VTC events in need of Event Supervision.

NørthWind | Halloween Convoy #1

On the 17th of the same month, we hosted a Halloween themed event. As mentioned before, a series of updates from both SCS and TMP ruined our saves, and the timing meant there was no time to recreate them. With a bit of quick thinking by switching to a Rolling CC setup, and a lot of help from our GM Support for that day, ItzKieren, and our partners at Twisted Transport, we've managed to pull it together and make a great convoy out of an otherwise bad situation!

Having joined the VTC on the 23rd of April, ToM... has shown a great amount of dedication to our VTC by being active in Voice Chats, attending convoys, and performing very well as an HR team member & HR Manager. He has also shown excellent driving proficiency by logging the most amount miles out of every driver during the month, while receiving very little cargo damage and consuming the least amount of fuel. We are proud of his achievements, and we cannot wait to see what he can do in the future!

On an additional note, we would like to give a shoutout to molmotor, H A P P I N E S S ., P h e o n i x, Huntxrd and Arsel<3. Throughout the month of May, these 5 drivers have put up an amazing fight for DOTM, doubling their activity and milage from the previous month in doing so.

Convoy Statistics:

On top of attending many public convoys this month with high attendance from our drivers, we have also hosted 3 of our own convoys on the 9th, 13th, and 24th of May, 2 public, one private.

Our May 9th convoy was dedicated to promoting Twisted Radio, a radio station ran by our partners over at Twisted Transport, featuring live shows and a wide variety of music from the 2000s to the present day, including signature rock shows, club classics, and EDM.

With the success of our opening and May 13th convoys, we can now request event servers with only 50 signups! We would like to thank every VTC and user who gave us the signups needed to request event servers.

Despite having a few drivers banned at the time, 17 drivers showed up to our first ever private convoy! We would like to thank every one of them for attending what was an important step to becoming verified.

We would like to give a shoutout to our partners at Twisted Transport and Global Convoy Control for lending their CC services on our 9th and 13th convoys respectively.

• Receiving the second highest second place placement for distance, reaching 2,420,000KM in the month of December
• Receiving a separate 3rd and 2nd medal with 40-50 drivers competing with massive VTC's, Showing our ambition as we grew was fantastic, and to see where we are today is amazing! -From 0 drivers to 120, a low average distance, made up to average a eventual 1 million Kilometre average a month, what is so difficult, as we only started in 2025, showing we can and do have ambition to push and break records, and drive major amounts, to help our average rise and even itself out, with some big big driving distance months.

This was actually on the 11th of February, gifted yet again by Jack Stevens what I will post here and not ignore, as it was in the month of February, and he went out of his way to give this user all of these DLCS, in one go, That is absolutely insane, and I respect Jack's involvement with northwind, always kind courageous, and looking out for our drivers, giving them the best possible time in northwind, the gifs are just random as was a addition, Incredible from our Northwind Driver and staff, A great example setting!

I am so pleased to have a set of drivers who are able to shine, and thrive like mine in any way possible. The dedicated we/they had during the months of there driver of the month was truley astonishing and I couldnt be more proud to be Northwinds CEO.

Many of us have completed, or ARE completing the World Of Trucks event, or just casually cruising enjoying our discovery, making many turns at once to discover all the rest stops and the fuel stations

Sadly TruckersMP have been suffering severe DDOs attacks the last 2 days, what has been a struggle to connect, let alone play on the servers, But as the days go by and time flying by, we are all enjoying the bran new DLC what created a activity of 30+ Northwind drivers logging a job (at least 1) in one day, is a fantastic daily activity rate, and is something we are impressed for.

What wasnt mentioned in October Recap:

Reaching over a million, 1,136,731KMS, since june, a fantastic achievements and its nice to see our drivers getting back into the competing actions, back into the top 10, with a 9th place finish!

This was northwinds most active month in HISTORY WITH 68 PEOPLE LOGGING a job! Our highest before was in June, when we got 2nd place with over 1.8 million, we may not be as active in grinding / KMS, but we are showing constant activity on the road, what eventually will lead to us competing more and more, just by growing and having more drivers, instead of needing to grind, what will be a fantastic achievement! Couldnt be more thankful to @everyone in our VTC for being apart of this!!
