Hello everyone and welcome to our first newspaper! I have decided to create a new blog to tell you who we are, why and how we are creating our lovely VTC, Fastjet logistics.

Lets start with introducing.

I'm Sjef, 14 years old. currently working at a delivery company. I have always been interested in logistics since I was 6, My dad works at a logistics company. I currently aim to go into healthcare, meaning my goal is to become a nurse. I have even more interest in that.

I'm Luuk and I’m 20 years old. My sports and hobbies are football and gaming. I work at a supermarket, and I want to become a department specialist or assistant. In football, I play in a good team.

That was the introducing, nice to meet you!

Now lets move on to, why? Why did we want to create a own VTC?

Well ill tell you why, Me and Luuk have always been driving around, him being the pilot and me being the trucker, after doing so for almost a month, he said we should start our own VTC, and I thought that was a wonderful idea! I contacted some people to help me out with this, and thats how our Chief Executive Officer, Junior, was hired into FastJet Logistics, Junior always has been good in graphics and making media, Logo's and more. I knew him since I downloaded Discord. So I knew he would be a good fit for CEO. After turning in my resignation by ATM, the time has come, doing the things, creating a VTC, all that work. I believe in myself and the foundership, they are very hardworking as of now, working to get our first convoy setup and to setup some advertisements.

Moving on, HOW did we manage to create it.

I have decided to add this part so readers that want to make one can get inspiration.

This part is more how you make one, completely unrelated. But we want to care for you guys, including the people who want to create their own!

We started with googling stuff, logo ideas, name ideas etc. after finding a good idea for the name, SpeedJet and FastDeliver, we have decided to combine these 2 names and make "FastJet" I wanted to throw away the idea, but Luuk said it was nice for a VTC. We then went on and brainstormed for a logo, something with fast. So we did wings! Then Jet, we couldn't find anything so we just did the road We then had to get a logging software, we chose trucky, as it has logging, and real-time traffic reporting. Then we had to think of roles, we just used basic Chief roles. We only use CEO, COO and CSO. And then we got here! Good day everybody, yet here I am again writing our second newsblog containing the updates we have done since the last newspost.

We have added a Website and have designed loads of logo's for divisions, we also now have a dispatch and convoy control. Currently our website is at version 1.3. Our website has various pages, Home, Contact us, Divisions, Events and picture of the month.

I will explain what we will use the pages for.

Home; contains the basic info and a welcoming screen when you open the site. Contact us; A "our team" page and a how to contact us page. Divisions; brief explanation of all the divisions and contains the logo's. Also contains sub-divisions and requirements to be in one. Events; Contains information about events. When this get updated it will not change the version, instead it will add a E to it. Example; Version 1.3e Picture of the month; contains pictures about the picture of the month, also has a picture carrousel of the older PoTM's.

We have setup trucky on discord completely now, it will now give you a role depending on which trucky rank you are.

We are also currently working on reaction roles system, containing emoji's for various roles; Events ping News ping Update Ping Announcements pings (not the important announcements channel) Picture of The Month ping and finally a ping for people who want to play with others (pingable role). everyone can ping the role.

We are trying to get to 20 members to get validated, thats why we have launched a "refer a friend" program, When you invite someone and they actually join and apply for Team Member, The inviter is allowed to dm anyone above general manager+ with a picture of you sending the invite link to the interestee and them joining. You will receive a special role called: "helped with validation". Which is a limited role, as soon as we get validated the refer a friend halts until we find it neccessary to start it again but then with the verified VTC role.

We hope to reach the 20 members as we are very excited to release our first convoy!

We also have released various company roles (actual roles not ingame.) They go as followed:

Media Team Events Team News Team Trainer (closed as of now) Human Resources Convoy Control Developer (only hiring 2 maximum)

They do the following:

Create Tiktoks, make a high-quality picture of an event. It's all in for a Media Team member; you are tasked with creating media towards other people to try and get them into our wonderful VTC! You will be granted channels where you can send your content in!

Be the manager of convoys, plan convoys, and assist where needed. Host gamenights and other fun events.

Post news on the TMP site, keep the community up-to-date with the newest news, and post about events, convoys, or something that has happened. As a news team, you always have something to do.

Do you want to host trainings to pilots and offer refreshers to regular drivers? Then this position is for you! When a driver wants to retrain themselves, you will give it! Access loads of Google Slides that you can use. You are the face of education in FastJet Logistics

Ensure everyone is following the rules, recruit people in-game, and hire people using TMP's built-in application. Answer helpdesk emails and make sure the trainers and above are active. Be the decision maker when it comes to firing.

Ensure convoys go smoothly and well, take a pilot car and make sure everyone is on enough diesel and sleep. Be the picture of convoys.

Are you interested in creating sites or making liveries for the trucks from Fastjet? Or do you prefer making a DriversHub? It's all possible as developer, this position is very special, as we will only hire 2 developers!

All positions offered are voluntary. If we ever make any money from the company by clothing or donations, it will be placed in the server. Do not expect any salary! This is just to refrain from getting bored!

Hello people of TMP!

We are excited to share our Third News Blog, Including partnerships, member growth, and our upcoming opening convoy.

First, about our opening convoy We have been busy planning the date, route, and guest list. We figured out how to invite VTCs and have started reaching out to see who would like to join. Although many VTCs were fully booked and had closed their bookings, within two weeks we have secured a few VTCs to participate. With many VTCs on board, we are proud to announce new partnerships. We’re very excited about the convoy!

Next, regarding partnership's We have been looking to collaborate with a few VTCs. We approached AJ Logistics, DHL Logistics, Lime Logistics, and Indian Carriers. Currently, we have established partnerships with DHL and AJ Logistics. We are awaiting responses from Lime Logistics and Indian Carriers, and once finalized, we will be set with our partnerships.

We are also seeing member growth over the past 2-3 weeks. We’re happy to have 14 members so far, and we’re hoping for many more to join. We’re looking to expand our team with drivers, staff, managers, and more. I’m proud not only of our corporate team but all our members and staff. If we had done nothing, this would be a setback. Instead, this is a step toward growth, becoming bigger, and working toward Validation.

Speaking of Validation, we currently have 14 members and started just two weeks ago. Our community and VTC are growing steadily, making it easier to achieve Validation. Once we get Validation, it will be easier to attract even more members on TruckersMP. That is our main goal right now.

Our Discord server is getting busy with members, and today we welcomed our first Moderator! We have received many positive reactions from our partners. We also created custom role styles in Discord for all ranks, which show whether you are online. It looks great and adds to the community experience.

Hello TMP!

After having a fun convoy we have decided to make a blog about it. We have completed it without too much trouble, but there sure where some incidents that took place, I'll explain for you;

• CC blocked an exit (considered blocking)
• DHL Express RO decided to leave mid convoy for us being bad in organization eventho this is our first convoy.

We somehow had 0 collisions and made it back in one piece. We are currently trying to get a Event Team up to make monthly or even bi-weekly convoys, but first things first, personnel. We currently have 14 employees where 5+(1 external employee) being event team, vacancies and application info are able to be found at our Discord

Fastjet VTC needs 4 more members to get validated!

We are currently looking for drivers willing to drive professionally on the TruckersMP roads!

• We will have the chance to appear on the homepage of the VTC system, under the "Aspiring VTCs" section,

• Our VTC name will have a gold color across the TruckersMP website, including within the VTC system and the user profiles of our members,

• Our VTC will appear higher up in search results in the VTC search menu,

• We will gain access to the gallery feature of the VTC system,

• Our VTC news posts will be shown on the home page of the VTC system as well as on the VTC news page,

• Users will be able to add comments to our news posts,

• We will be able to upload up to five custom reactions that can be used to react to our news posts!

So for us to have these benefits, we must have 20 active members on TruckersMP, and be recruiting. If we grind enough, we will get up there!

Halloween is getting closer!

We are planning a little something related with Halloween!

-Halloween is a celebration observed in many countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows' Day. It is at the beginning of the observance of Allhallowtide, the time in the Christian liturgical year dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs, and all the faithful departed. In popular culture, Halloween has become a celebration of horror and is associated with the macabre and the supernatural.

So if you have a prayer-letter to send to a passed away fella, the day is coming!
