K9 Logistics (VTC) Rules

General Conduct Respect is mandatory towards all TMP members and players. No insulting, hateful, discriminatory, or toxic language will be tolerated. The VTC's image must remain positive and professional, both in-game and on Discord. Your conduct must reflect positively on K9 Logistics. | K9 Logistics

Driving & Convoys Strict adherence to TruckersMP rules and the Highway Code is required. During convoys, you must follow the instructions of the convoy staff. Overtaking within convoys is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by a manager. Use of the CB (channel defined by the VTC) or Discord voice chat is mandatory during events. Regular participation in official convoys is required. | K9 Logistics

Attendance & Activity Discord is mandatory for all members. Clear Discord username, similar to the one used on TruckersMP. Active participation in events and convoys. Notify us in case of prolonged absence. Unjustified inactivity may result in removal from the VTC. | K9 Logistics

Communication & Respect Discussions must remain polite and appropriate for the VTC atmosphere. Respect other members, players, and staff. Follow the instructions of the staff and convoy leaders. Use the ticket system to report any problems, conflicts, or violations. | K9 Logistics

Official Truck Paint The official paint used for convoys is the Sunrise livery. The colors are as follows: • Color 1: White — RGB (255, 255, 255) • Color 2: Blue — RGB (38, 0, 255) • Color 3: Orange — RGB (255, 166, 0) This paint and these colors are mandatory for official convoys, whether on your trucks or trailers. | K9 Logistics

TruckersMP Tag Colors The displayed tag is: K9 Logistics | (with the vertical bar). RGB colors to use for tags depending on the role: • Driver VTC: RGB (132, 255, 255) — light cyan • Driver Staff VTC: RGB (230, 74, 25) — bright orange | K9 Logistics

Sanctions Moderators and managers may issue warnings for violations of the rules. Multiple warnings can lead to a ban from the VTC. Staff decisions are final. Appeals must be made through official channels. | K9 Logistics

Confidentiality & Security Do not share confidential VTC information outside of authorized channels. Keep your Discord and TruckersMP accounts linked and up-to-date for verification. | K9 Logistics
