Starting 1 July 2026, Southern Star Freight will be running our own public events and building more partnerships for convoys.

New Rule: Event Attendance
To keep this VTC active and professional, we are normalizing “driving as a team”.

Requirement: Every driver must attend at least 2 event per month.
This can be:

1. An official SSF public event, OR
2. A partner VTC event we attend as a company

Why this matters:
We can’t call ourselves a team if only less than 10 people show up while 20+ are on the roster. Other VTCs show up for us — we have to show up for them too. Event attendance is how we grow, get support back, and keep Southern Star Freight's name strong on TruckersMP.

Consequence:
If a driver does not attend at least two events in a month, and there’s no leave/excuse filed with management beforehand, we will have no choice but to dismiss from the VTC to keep the roster active.

We don’t want to lose anyone. We’d rather see you on the road with us. If you have work, exams, or IRL issues, just DM management before month-end and we’ll note it.

June was setup. July is execution. Let’s make Southern Star Freight the VTC everyone wants to convoy with.

This includes: paintjobs, accessories, lights, wheels, exhausts, or any cosmetic changes.

3. If Alteration Is Necessary
   If you believe a change is operationally needed, you must meet these criteria before any work begins:
   Valid Reason: You must provide a clear, operational necessity for the change.
   Note: The change must not be visible. Performance/tuning changes only, and still need approval.

4. Unauthorized Changes = Not Allowed
   Any unauthorized alterations made without prior written approval from management are strictly forbidden.

All trucks and trailers must remain in original fleet condition at all times.

Why this rule?
We’ve had situations where we request “bring the SSF Volvo FH” or “the SSF flatbed” and drivers show up with 5 different custom versions. That breaks fleet unity and professionalism on events + convoys.

Southern Star Freight is known for looking sharp and uniform. Let’s keep it that way.

As we start this new month our main focus is to reduce recording race and reach of monthly target as we all know dat individual target is 30k so we push safe.

While pushing dat let's remember that attending Events both internal or external we take it serious.

Take note if you don't submit Kilo's and you don't attend Event's action will be taken.

4. Follow Convoy Leader Instructions: During convoy events, follow the instructions of the convoy leader or designated organizer. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.

5. Maintain a Safe Distance: Keep a safe distance from other vehicles during convoys and in-game events to avoid accidents and damage.

6. Use Designated Communication Channels: Use designated communication channels for company-related discussions, convoy coordination, and socializing.

7. Report Incidents: If you experience or witness any issues, such as cheating, harassment, or in-game bugs, report them to the company management or moderators.

8. Keep Company Information Confidential: Protect company information, including but not limited to, convoy routes, schedules, and internal discussions.

9. Represent the Company Positively: As a member of our VTC, represent the company in a positive and respectful manner, both in-game and in external communication channels.

10. Follow Company Hierarchy: Respect the company hierarchy and chain of command. If you have concerns or issues, address them by submitting a complain ticket through discord.

11. Be On-Time: Arrive on time for scheduled convoy events and meetings. If you're running late, notify the convoy leader.

12. Use Proper Etiquette: Use proper etiquette when communicating with other drivers, including but not limited to, using respectful language and tone.

13. No Cheating or Exploiting: Refrain from using cheats, exploits, or mods that give you an unfair advantage in-game. This includes but is not limited to, speed hacks, teleportation, or invincibility mods.

14. Participate in Company Activities: Participate in company activities, including but not limited to, convoy events, company meetings, and community engagement.

15. Stay Active: Maintain a reasonable level of activity within the company. If you're going to be inactive for an extended period, notify the company management or moderators.

16. Follow Server Rules: Adhere to the rules and guidelines of the servers we use for convoy events and company activities.

17. No Spamming or Self-Promotion: Refrain from spamming or excessively promoting your own content, servers, or products in company communication channels.

18. Provide Constructive Feedback: When providing feedback, do so in a constructive and respectful manner.
