as we drive on TMP we see a lot of people not stopping at junctions

such as: just rolling through the junction Failing to yield Failing to indicate

We will not be doing any of that What we will be doing is the complete opposite of that 1.We will be indicating every time we change lanes/turning at junctions 2.we will be stopping our trucks at junctions to yield while indicating 3. our tags will say "TCGT your rank" and will not have anything else in it

We also will be immediately pressing f7+Enter if we crash (unless crash is caused by player) We will not be stopping on the road f1'd or not

TCGT Crew winter is upon us and it doesn't just bring snow, it brings ice along with it. now sliding and high revving your engine is fun but can be dangerous around other players, Now i allow you to have fun but its at your own risk .

However we are going to be training you how to control your truck/trailer if you start to slide or spin out

• Truck control
• Trailer control (Doubles &Triples)
• Throttle control
• Drifting control

Truck control If your truck starts sliding put your hazard lights on right away maintain counter steering and pump your brakes until your at a safe speed

Trailer control singles, Doubles, Triples all have a high chance of sliding out behind you you are responsible for watching your trailer/load Controlling your trailer is the same as Truck control but you use your trucks brakes

Throttle control if you have ever watched your tachometer (Gauge that shows engine RPM) you will see it climb nice and steady but may notice that it jumps when on ice or dirt best thing to do when this happens is let off the throttle and pump the throttle as needed

Drifting control Your truck may begin to drift if this happens the best thing to do is counter steer (steer towards the direction your drifting) and pump your brakes to regain control

Issue addressing

1. World of haulers not logging in (getting stuck on loading) Fix: Re-download the client from WOH

2. Lying to get more time off If you are suspected of lying to get more time off from driving for the company you will be placed on "temporary suspension" immediately until further notice.

3. showing your work If you want to prove that you are doing jobs on TMP you will be required to have WOH open and logging your jobs

4. inactive staff Any staff member of TCGT that fails to maintain a steady activity period without reason will be subject to being de-ranked

5. Activity Requirement You are required to perform 5 jobs per week, 20 per month Failure to do so without reason may result in a temporary suspension

6. TMP activity Your activity towards the company will only count if you are on TMP single player activity will be counted as personal gain

We are announcing that The Renault magnum is now our Official truck of our ETS2 branch now we all know the Renault truck is not the best but it is reliable, Reliability is important for getting jobs done

you don't have to drive just Renault trucks, but know when you do drive a Renault magnum, your driving the truck that made TCGT

For our ATS branch We have driven and tested the Mack anthem and discussed that the Mack Anthem is the official truck of our ATS branch just like above you don't have to drive just Mack trucks As Kenworth's, Volvo's and Peterbilt's are just as good

2. No CB abuse This is includes but is not limited to: yelling/ insulting over the CB radio will not be tolerated Belching over the radio, name calling over the CB, insulting others over the radio.

3. If you ram or bump some one by accident apologize to them Accidental bumps do happen.

4. No hacks/cheats Any hacks/cheats will get you removed from the TCGT crew without warning, Bypassing the TMP speed limiter in any area will result in a permanent ban from the TCGT VTC and you will be reported to TMP staff.

5. Have fun and obey TMP rules TCGT allows you to have fun but you are responsible for your actions/ choices TCGT also expects you to have fun while staying within TMP rules.

6. Record every haul It is recommended by TCGT to record every haul you perform in order to avoid getting banned if you are in an area of low fps you are allowed to record once you leave the low fps zone.

7. Be respectful Respect goes a long way, TCGT is respectable to all players which means. if you have to yield/give way you must do so

8. Company truck/trailer Must have a truck and trailer in the company color Hauling with personal trucks/trailers is allowed but you will not be allowed to join in meetups/convoys with said truck/trailer

9. Must be in our Discord If you are not in our Discord server you will have up to 1 week Before you are removed from crew. as we cannot help you outside of the Discord

10. Convoy making When making a convoy you must join a voice chat in the discord and let our dispatcher know before making a convoy

11. No swearing in the discord swearing is not allowed/Tolerated if its over voice chat and you are asked to not swear please re-frame from swearing swearing after being asked to stop will result in a suspension from the crew

12. Your Discord name must match your TMP name On Discord you are allowed to have any name you want but in the TCGT Discord your name must match your TMP name to make it easier on the TCGT staff to find you

1. we will be kicking out inactive members
2. inactive members of the VTC that abuse the "pardoned from duty" role will be immediately kicked/banned from our VTC Discord and from the VTC itself
3. we will also be introducing "Job quota's" that will need to be met each week

Job quota's: there are four weeks in a month

1. five jobs each week

2. twenty jobs each month

3. if these requirements are not met you may get a strike/may get kicked out of the VTC

4. if you are able to communicate to us that you will be inactive, we will pardon you from duty for time that you estimate you will be in active for.

5. if you violate this, you will receive a strike, you can receive up to three strikes, if a fourth strike is issued you will be banned from the VTC and the VTC Discord

TCGT paintjobs

1. TCGT allows you as a member to use paintjobs you get from WOT events however, we request that 90% of that paint job is in the company color the base color must be the company color

2. TCGT does not allow use of metallic paint jobs aside from the pink ribbons paintjob and it must meet the requirement stated above

Inactive members

• All in active members will be slowly de-ranked until the have either became active or until they have reached the guest rank
• TCGT staff are not excluded from this

Trucks outside of the company

• Trucks outside of the company are not allowed to use the company color
• You must be part of TCGT in order to use the company color
• TCGT does allow use of personal trucks
• You cannot be Freelancing/with another company and using the TCGT company color

clarifying TCGT paintjob rule

TCGT has recently allowed use of multi color paintjobs and some of you have misunderstood what was said about that

TCGT has two company colors

• Cyan green

• High lighter yellow

• base color must be cyan green

• loose wheel indicators must be High lighter yellow

Mixing these colors with other paint jobs/company colors is Forbidden

You will start out as a guest until you reach the Trainee rank

• it is up to TCGT staff to decide if you are ready to rank up

• If your IGN tag or discord name displays a rank higher than what is given to you it may result in Temporary suspension/De-ranking

TCGT is no long accepting time off requests that are posted in the general chat We do have a section for requesting time off incase you need time off

But however we may choose to suspend you from the company if we find reason to do so. such as the reasons listed below.

now the changes we are going to make have been suggested and mentioned by our dispatchers to me and i have thought about it for quite a while, so here are the changes that will be taking effect after this post.

1. trainee's will not be permitted to use more than a single axel truck
2. trainee's will not be permitted to use pilot unless trained by our dispatchers to use pilot
3. your tag must show the company name and your rank. (e.g.) TCGT Trainee TCGT Driver TCGT Dispatcher
4. your truck axel count will depend on your rank
5. your trailer type will depend upon your rank both trainee and driver rank will start out with single trailers until they rank up to drive B-doubles, Hct's
6. in order to rank up you must request a dispatcher to meetup with you and you must go through the training to drive with the b-double or Hct
7. trainee's are permitted to recruit members to the vtc but are not permitted to tell them to use the company color
8. we are going to obey every traffic law except on arcade servers
9. only heavy haul trucks with the heavy haul paint job are permitted to pull a heavy load
10. convoy management will be handled by our dispatchers
11. we do not use metallic colors other than for the trailers that do not have the custom color option
12. you are permitted to use any paintjob as long as the primary color is the company color
13. you are not permitted to abuse the cb radio such as yelling at people or insulating them, this will lead to a immediate 3 day suspension
14. you are expected to show up where the dispatcher/ceo tells you to show up for training
15. dispatcher's /ceo can help you 3 times during training and after that its up to you
