Today we will be joining the Tango Transport November Convoy! And we have a parking slot!

The convoy will go from the Salzburg Quarry, to the Prague Quarry. We will be meeting the Salzburg Quarry in parking slot 14. Please check the slot layout for details.

We are hoping to meet-up around 18:30 UTC The convoy leaves at 19:00UTC

You wont need any map DLC to join this convoy! Its all vanilla map

There's a big weekend of Trucking ahead! So fill those fuel tanks and service those rigs!

First up, today is the Renault Trucks Christmas Convoy! This is being hosted my familiar members of the community Jenko90 and PoshPete, and is also supported by Renault Trucks themselves!

The event is being held on an event server that will have custom parking areas and Xmas themed map edits (like the Halloween Convoy) so should definitely be one to check out!

Sgt. Pepper's Long Haulage is Celebrating its 8 Year Anniversary!

Sgt. Pepper's Long Haulage (S.PLH) was founded on June 27, 2014 by xSgtPepperx, and is one of the oldest, continuously running VTCs today. Our company organically formed through a group of friends convoying together regularly, and our core community-focus today stems from this grassroots foundation.

S.PLH holds a distinguished place in the TruckersMP community as one of its most respected and recognizable companies. Few VTCs can say they've led over 400 convoys, but that's exactly what we've done over our long and storied history.

In late 2014, our young VTC did what many thought to be impossible at the time, hosting one of the first public events in TruckersMP (then ETS2MP) to have over 100 truckers participate, setting a record-breaking convoy in the community.

And now we invite you to celebrate 8 Years of Trucking with us!

The convoy will begin in Calais and will wind through beautiful northern France before heading into the newly updated stunning landscapes of Austria! Keep a look out along the route for some potential surprises too!

TruckersMP Official Convoy Hype!!

This Saturday (27th) we will be on Euro Truck Simulator 2 attending the February TruckersMP Official Convoy!

We will be starting in Turin (SellPlan) in Italy and Heading towards Naples (Napoli)

This means that to join the convoy this week you will need the Italy DLC

There are no assigned parking slots this week, so we will be parking with the public, in an effort to try and get our leave time closer to the front of the convoy, we will be meeting at the SellPlan. As shown below>

As always with large public events, the roads will be busy around the starting area and you may struggle with frame-rates at the beginning. Therefore we advise positioning yourself for the start of the convoy on a different server, or even single-player, before connecting to the TruckersMP Official Convoy Server, to make this easier.

Was great to see you guys attending the TruckersFM Official Convoy last Sunday! We ended up basically at the front leading the convoy and didn't even cause any huge issues, so well done guys! Did our VTC proud Hope you guys enjoyed the event and the Pepper convoys before!

We began in Sandpoint Idaho, the end point of the heavy haul convoy, we gathered in the HMS lot before heading south to Las Vegas (Nevada), via Pendleton, Burns, Winemucca and Tonopah, a journey of nearly 2000km (1911km to be precise).

Despite some of us dragging heavy haulage trailers up the winding steep inclines, we made it to Vegas unscathed!

For our second convoy route we headed towards the very top of the Idaho DLC, to Salmon (Idaho).

Initially heading East towards Kayenta, we turned North towards Moab where we made a quick pit stop to refuel and regroup, before setting off North once more, past Price, Provo and around Salt Lake City.

We made another fuel stop just south of Pocatello, before our final charge up the winding road to Salmon, completing another 1871km trip

Our final journey of convoy Sunday, saw us taking a trip from Salmon (Idaho) to Burns (Oregon), or Bend (Oregon) in a couple of cases where cargo dictated. Finishing up another epic convoy Sunday! 6 hours, nearly 5000km total driven (4634km) and so many fantastic winding North American roads and scenery's to explored and enjoyed. Hopefully soon Sgt.Peppers Long Haulage will be able to convoy into Colorado, but that remains for a future adventure!

In the midst of jubilation and celebration for TruckersMP's 7th anniversary last week, we also received some sad news that one of our own, MrRazken, passed away suddenly. He was a big part of our story in this VTC, and why we're a truly incredible community today.

Our colleagues at Scorpion Transport hosted an event in his memory this past Saturday. 40+ of us from across the world came to honour him through this special convoy. We drove MrRazken's final route, a 417km stretch in the new Iberia DLC, using his signature 8x4 Scania S configuration.

With a choir of deafening airhorns and radiant beacons from us, a final goodbye.

With the now released update to 1.43 on TruckersMP :hype: I thought I would make a guide on how to run two seperate installs for ETS2 or ATS, that way when Steam helpfully updates your game, it wont break TMP or force you to downgrade!

Step 1

As always when modifying game files, its a good idea to make a backup of your game and profile files first, just in case something goes wrong!

So step 1, Open your Steam Client, navigate to Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator, right click and select "Manage" and then "Browse local files"

This will open the install location of your game in file explorer, from here select the "Up Arrow" to go up one level in the file structure so you can see your ETS2/ ATS game install folder

Step 2

From here, select your ETS2/ ATS folder, Right Click to "Copy" and then "Paste" this folder. This should simply create a copy of this folder named "Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Copy"

I usually then rename this folder to help find it later, Rename it as "Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Copy 1.43" or whichever current game version it is 1.44,1.45 etc.

Step 3 - Simple Option

At this point, you can take the simple option, which is to reinstall your TruckersMP launcher, and when prompted to select your game install simply select your new "Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Copy 1.43" folder and your done! Your game will now work as normal.

Remember however that your "TMP" install will no longer update automatically, so you will need to repeat this process at the next major update.

Skip to step 4

Step 3 - Technical Option

Warning This option involves editing your PC Registry, if you are not comfortable with that or are worried about breaking you PC, use the Step 3 method above!!

You will now need to re-direct the TMP launcher to your copied game files.

First, open your start menu, then search for "Run" and open it . Inside the "Run" box you need to type "regedit" This will open the registry editor.

Inside the address top at the top of the Registry Editor type this "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TruckersMP" and then press Enter, you can also copy the address from here and paste it into the address bar.

This will open the registry addresses for where your TMP game installs are located

Return to your new "Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Copy 1.43" folder in file explorer, and copy the address at the box at the top.

Go back to the registry editor and double click where it says "InstallLocationETS2" this will open a dialog box

In the lower text box, right click and paste the address of your "Euro Truck Simulator 2 -Copy 1.43" that you copied before. The click "OK"

Step 4

And your done! You will now have two seperate game installs for ETS2 or ATS! One for TruckersMP and one original one for single player and convoy mode. When you want to launch TMP simply use the TruckersMP launcher or Trucky as you normally would, same for opening single player via steam

The "Copy" install will no longer automatically update, meaning that when steam sneaks a TMP breaking update in, you wont have to "downgrade" your game to a previous version to play straight away!

When the game does update to another version, "1.44" for example, simply repeat this process OR copy the game files from inside your "Euro Truck Simulator 2" folder, and paste them into the "Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Copy" folder. Then use the Registry Editor again to redirect TMP to the correct files, no need to reinstall the launcher every time.

Sgt. Peppers Long Haulage Begins the year with an Epic Long Haul Trip!

From Kaliningrad > Graz > Istanbul > Iasi

S.PLH Gathers in Kalingrad

The first trip of 2021 began where the last route of 2020 left off, In Kalingrad, part of the Russian exclave bordering Poland and Lithuania. As usual our drivers gathered in the service station, resplendent in their S.PLH Livery's. Lead out by Valancea the convoy left, bound for Graz. Kalingrad is actually a Russian territory, claimed by the soviets after the Second World War, and to leave the Kalingrad Oblast you have to cross a checkpoint border.

In an effort to catch up to the pack from the border post some of our drivers were caught out by the wintery conditions, seen here as Pepper narrowly avoids causing a two truck pileup bumping into a rolled over Heistinator!

Heading in a southerly direction the convoy wound its way down through Poland, past Warsaw to the first stop of the trip, a gas station just of north of Katowice.

From there the convoy rolled smoothly south, aside from few random server disconnects passing through the Czech Republic and into Austria.

Despite the minor server connection issues the convoy rolled together into the first destination of Graz.

Here our drivers took a break after they had dropped off and reloaded, regrouping as always into the Graz service station, not before Pepper had an incident with an oncoming truck XD

Our truckers then began on the second leg of the Sunday convoys, leaving for Istanbul in Turkey, a journey of 1600km. As the convoy rolled out of Austria, with Pepper bringing up the rear of the pack, before even rejoining the highway Peppers truck decided it was tired and wanted to take a nap on a guardrail.

After passing through the border and entering Romania, the convoy pulled off the highway just after Szeged to take a break at a rest stop on the 7. Here our drivers took the opportunity to refuel their trucks as well as their bodies, taking a brb. Upon their return our drivers continues to push into the Road to the Black Sea DLC area, towards Craiova

Convoy Passes through another border checkpoint, entering Bulgaria.

The convoy continued to plow through the darkness of the night conquering the winter conditions through Romania and into Bulgaria, to the second scheduled break of the trip just after Pleven on the 3. Here our drivers quickly regrouped and continued into the night, turning south towards Veliko Tarnovo and into Turkey.

As the convoy rolled into Turkey, our drivers navigated yet another border crossing, and after passing all the necessary weight limit and cargo checks, and ensuring everyone's paperwork was in order, began the final charge towards the second destination of the trip, Istanbul.

Upon arriving in Istanbul, the most easterly part of the standard SCS map, our drivers ended their second epic 1600km trip of the night. After dropping off their cargoes some of our drivers decided to call it a night, however there's always those who can drive on and on, and together with Pepper they prepared themselves for the final trip of the convoy Sunday, from Istanbul (Turkey) to one of the more northerly parts of the Black Sea DLC, Iasi in Romania.

Our drivers continued northwards, towards Romania, passing through yet another border crossing, taking the opportunity to briefly regroup and refuel inside the Bulgarian border crossing. This was a high player count traffic area, but our drivers showed skill and professionalism whilst navigating it.

Unlike Pepper who moments after leaving the border crossing, and even whilst being praised for his driving skill, managed to roll over yet again, is anybody keeping count here? XD

As the convoy crossed back into Romania for the last time of the Sunday, our drivers steeled themselves for the final 250km charge up to Iasi.

And so the convoy finally rolled into Iasi in a haze of heat and smoke from red hot exhausts, our drivers and vehicles both exhausted, and thus concluding another brilliant Sgt. Peppers Long Haulage Convoy Sunday! A big thanks to everyone who joined and enjoyed trucking with us on this first convoy of 2021! May there be many more!

Last weekend saw the first major community event of 2021, the TruckersFM monthly convoy! And Sgt. Pepper's Long Haulage rolled out in force and proved they can hang with the big boys!

For S.PLH however, the day's trucking started a little earlier, beginning where our last convoy Sunday left off, Iași in Romania. We collected in the Dom depot while everyone got set up, with a nervous excitement for what was to come later.

As the darkness of night gave way to the dawn of a new day, we began to leave, bound for Erfurt, Germany, the start location of the TruckersFM Convoy, 1800km away. The convoy left smoothly, heading for the border crossing to leave the Black Sea area, near Szeged.

All except for Sgt. Pepper of course, who managed to have an incident with a member of the public before even leaving the first industry....

As the convoy rolled through the twists and turns of the beautiful Romanian scenery, we made progress towards our first gas stop between Szeged and Budapest on the M5, with some truckers more distracted than others, SJO_8164 managed to roll rubber side up at a small roundabout, with Pepper becoming embedded in a barrier at the side of the road!

We timed our approach to the first gas stop to perfection, as the server was having stability issues. This gave us chance to park up and take a quick break. As the server stabilized we regrouped and were joined by a couple more SPLH members, Ismo, and Shibait. We wasted no time once the server was stable again and set off in an effort to get the start of the TruckersFM route on time.

As we rushed through Austria, conscious of the time as we approached the beginning of the TruckersFM event, Pepper managed to roll his truck over again, (it's a miracle our company is ever profitable) and the winter weather descended as we approached our second gas stop northwest of Linz. Here we wasted no time, quickly regrouping and refueling and rolling onwards again towards Erfurt.

The road conditions were treacherous and an oncoming convoy caused trouble, sending SJO rolling over a barier on a snowy curve and Pepper coming face to face with a truck on its side! But with no time to waste we pressed on towards the start of the TruckersFM Convoy!

Upon reaching Erfurt we dropped our cargoes and made our way to the service station, to make sure sure our trucks were ready for the big event, those who weren't already, painted their trucks in the classic Sunrise SPLH Livery Paint-job. We switched servers and made our way to our assigned parking location amongst the other Virtual Trucking Company's!

Sgt. Pepper's Long Haulage looked magnificent parked up in formation, with 20 of our drivers attending and sporting our iconic paintjob! Trucks of every shape and combination parked up together as one, a proud moment for our community and VTC. Here we sat amongst the other major VTC's, battling the low frames and patiently waiting for the big event to begin!

When the leave time came, the 500+ truckers in the convoy began to leave, led out by the the TruckersFM team themselves, a sight to behold as 100's of truckers calmly and fluidly bean to roll out of the parking area and onto the convoy route.

TruckersFM Convoy Route

The TruckersFM route began without issue, and we embarked on another 1100km of driving. Unfortunately a lot of the event was during the night and covered in darkness, but our drivers did themselves proud, causing no issues and showing everyone what we can do! Initially retracing our steps on the road out of Erfurt, the convoy route took many of the narrower country roads, and Sgt. Pepper's Long Haulage looked magnificent scything through the twists and turns together as one!

The TruckersFM convoy gently wound its way through southern Germany, eventually ending up in Genève Switzerland, as we entered the city, our VTC was instructed to drive into the Hotel parking lot to park up along with Arab Transport VTC. Here we ended the event and dismissed our trailers. A big congratulations to those who attended and the event organisers and admins / event staff for making it such a successful event. And especially a big thank you to our SPLH drivers who turned up in numbers and looked fantastic together in livery, a big well done guys! You made the VTC proud!

In true convoy Sunday fashion, that wasn't enough trucking for SPLH, and a third and final trip was decided upon, from Geneva Switzerland, to Paris France. So we picked up our trailers once, more, got loaded, and regrouped in the Geneva Mercedes Dealer, ready to embark on the last trip of the day.

The trip to Paris was mostly smooth and without indecent, and we made the 600km or so in one stint. In no time at all we had arrived at our final destination, a construction site in Paris and so ended another successful convoy Sunday!

Big big thanks to TruckersFM, all the event organisers, convoy control teams and admins for giving us such an awesome event to attend. And also big thanks to all the Sgt. Peppers Long Haulage members for attending in company livery in such numbers, we really did ourselves proud at the first large event of the year for our VTC, and have high hopes for subsequent events going forward! But that's a story for another day, we hope to see you on the road for SPLH's next convoy Sunday, where we'll be crossing the pond over to American Truck Simulator and attending another large event, the first Official TruckersMP convoy of the year!

This Sunday SPLH will be taking part in this months TruckersFM convoy!

This is the first large community event in the TruckersMP calendar and the first SPLH will be attending this year!

Last Sunday, S.PLH embarked on another epic convoy Sunday! This time braving a journey that would take us practically the entire width of the map, from one side to the other! Starting in Cambridge, UK, we first headed to the Dover end of the Channel Tunnel, boarding the train we headed for Calais and after a quick regroup, we braced ourselves for the dreaded and well known Calais-Duisburg traffic, emerging unscathed the convoy then settled in for a steady cruise along the autobahns, after dealing with a couple of trolls we made our way to the Baltic City of Kalingrad. Following this, Sgt. Pepper announced our next destination, and we collected our loads bound for the Russian city of Vyborg! After a brief detour through Scandinavia by ferry we re-entered the Baltics and made it safely to Vyborg! A total journey length of just over 3300km! We regrouped at the Vyborg service station, and this is where next Sunday's adventures will begin. Where will we end up next?!

Big Weekend of Trucking Ahead! pepperHype

Today (Friday) we will be joining our friends over at ConSec Group for their Friday Convoy! Travelling from Montpellier France to Murcia Spain into the new Iberia DLC!

Then on Sunday there will be a TruckersFM Convoy! This will go from the TFM6 area outside London North through the UK ending in Aberdeen! The convoy will start at 18:30 BST More info will be posted in the │vtc-convoys section of the discord!

Hope you're all well!

Boy its been quiet in here lately!

And I feel more than partially responsible in my role as VTC Manager, my IRL has been a real struggle for quite a while now, and I've found it hard to prioritise time for organising VTC stuff or even playing and enjoying truck sims . So I can only apologise for that.

Also it seems since Pepper has taken a break from streaming Sunday Convoys that people aren't as keen to take part, which I tottaly understand, a lot of us came to this community through joining Peppers convoys, were here to truck with Pepper and that's not really been a thing lately.

So as I see it, the VTC is in a bit of a dip, and will take a bit of work to bring it back to the heights we have before reached. I miss driving with you guys and I'm sure I'm not alone in that!

The day our glorious Canadian leader has dreamed of has arrived! We can finally explore his homeland! well part of it at least XD

American Truck Simulator has been getting a lot more love and attention lately, with the stunningly beautiful map expansion of Colorado, more trucks to drive like the Western Star 49x, and just recently the instant fan favourite Freightliner Cascadia, and even more customization in the form of interior customization DLC add-ons. You would be forgiven for thinking that all of this was more than enough content to expect in the last quarter of the year!

But those incredible map designers over at ProMods wanted to add one more surprise into the mix, place the star a-top the Christmas Tree and release their first map add-on for ATS, Canada! Not only this, but in collaboration with the legends over at TruckersMP, Canada was instantly supported in multiplayer, so of course, the Canadian owned S.PLH had to go explore it together for ourselves!

We began in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Gathering in the company garage, many of our drivers chose to use their brand new Freightliner Cascadia Trucks! Loaded with a wide variety of cargoes, we set off for for Vancouver, eager for our first taste of British Columbia!

Quickly racking up the miles, the convoy passed through Utah and into Idaho, heading up Route 15 our first way-point was a gas station and large rest stop just south of Pocatello. A quick refuel and regroup whilst waiting for some more of our drivers to join us, as well as our company owner Pepper peeling off from the group to collect his cargo.

Turning west onto Route86, then Route84, we continued knocking down the states in our cross country trip, passing through Oregon and turning north into Washington, burning through the diesel we headed for a gas station on Interstate Route 5, south of Bellingham. **With some of Kaythos usual antics along the way! **

Continuing North of Bellingham, the convoy crossed the border, finally entering the motherland of our company owner Sgt. Pepper, Canada!

Heading north on British Columbia Highway 15, we joined the main route of the Trans-Canada Highway, Highway 1, bound for Vancouver! Upon arriving in the recognizably detailed city our drivers dispersed to explore and drop off the loads. We gathered in a scrap metal processing plant to the east of the city. Now loaded up with cargoes for our second Canadian destination, Salmon Arm!

Heading east past Coquitlam and Hope, we turned North, marveling at the beautiful Canadian scenery captured by the ProMods team, eventually rejoining Highway 1 at Kamloops, ending our first all-Canadian convoy in a forestry logging areas in Salmon Arm!

The darkness of the night didn't worry our experienced truckers, once again reloading with new cargoes bound for our final Canadian destination of the day, Osoyoos.

As dawn broke over the convoy, our drivers finally arrived at the end of our 2439km (1515 miles) journey at a Winery in Osoyoos! Parking up and switching off our engines after a whistle stop tour around ProMods brand new and beautifully modeled Canada!

However, we've barely scratched the surface with exploring Canada, and there's much more of British Columbia to explore! So you can be sure Sgt. Peppers Long Haulage will return to explore more in convoys to come! We look forward to you joining us then for more trucking!

This community highlight comes from a familiar name to many of our long haulers, jonas2360, who snapped the convoy taking a well earned rest-stop in a Metz (France) service station as the sun went down. And what a long trip this was, driving across the Going East DLC and vanilla map all the way to the edge of the Vive La France DLC! Apart from being a great supporter of the community, jonas is clearly a pretty awesome photographer, too!

Calais craziness! A quick recap of our VTC's latest adventure!

S.PLH Sunday Convoys Recap!

29th November 2020

This weeks convoys saw Sgt. Pepper's Long Haulage travel from the UK, braving the new 1.39 Calais update, all the way to the Baltics, and then back down into Going East!

This week, our convoy goers began in Sheffield in the UK, one of the oldest parts of the ETS2 base map, bound for Travemünde in northern Germany. Our drivers collected their cargos, made sure their trucks were fueled and serviced, and gathered in the Sheffield service station.

Almost immediately upon starting the journey, one of our "experienced" (Kappa) members of S.PLH managed to crash and overturn, before even entering the high speeds of the highway. It happens to the best of us :D You can watch the clips here:

Steering towards Dover the convoy prepared itself for the madness of the updated Calais sea port terminal, pleasantly unaware of the gridlock that awaited them on the other side of the channel.

Upon entering Calais the convoy was halted, unable to leave the safety of the ferry's no collision zone and enter the port itself for fear of flying trucks! At this point, the convoy teleported out of the sea port and quickly regrouped at a gas station outside the city, at the perimeter of the chaos of the Calais-Duisburg traffic hubs.

Although put out with missing the full experience of the new sea port properly, the wheels must keep turning, and so our magnificent convoy leader Valancea led us out of the madness and towards our destination Travemünde. And so the miles gave way to a smooth drive as the chaos continued to ensue behind us.

The convoy arrived relatively safely to the port at Travemünde in northern Germany. Our truckers quickly made the ferry crossing to the Latvian city of Liepāja, part of the Beyond The Baltic Sea expansion, a beautiful part of map DLC that has the added benefit of greatly reducing the chance of trolls!

Here the convoy took a short break to rest and refuel its drivers, and pick up new loads bound Debrecen. The service station we regrouped in was curiously situated opposite a cemetery!

Once again, Valancea led us out onto the Baltic roads, from here on the convoy was unbothered by trolls and stopped briefly only to refuel and wait for Pepper, who of course, had a slight incident along the way getting stuck in a ditch!

And so the convoy wound its way into Eastern Hungary, with a few S.PLH drivers being caught out by the twisty country roads ;)

Eventually landing in our final destination Debrecen. Here the convoy ended much as it had started, parked up neatly in a service station or a debrief and well earned rest after a good days trucking!

Thus completing another successful Sgt. Pepper's Long Haulage Sunday Convoys! Thanks to our fantastic drivers, old and new! Hope to see you next Sunday for more trucking!

Another big event in the start of this years Trucking calendar, and one again S.PLH did not disappoint!

Following on from the success's of last weekend's TruckersFM convoy, this week's Sunday convoys took us over the water to American Truck Simulator for another large community event, the first official TruckersMP convoy of the year.

We began however, in Colorado Springs, with a little time to spare before the start of the day's official event, we planned a bit of an ambitious trip, from Colorado Springs (Colorado) to Salmon (Idaho), with a custom, round trip kind of route, taking in the lesser traveled outer edges of the latest expansion, Colorado, before heading north towards Idaho.

Gathering in the Colorado service station having collected a variety of cargos, including heavy hauls and box trailers, we were joined by none other than mister Prime himself, as well as some members we hadn't seen in a while. The scenic route we had chosen gave us some nice views as we toured Colorado, with Valancea, our convoy leader, keeping good pace as the miles drifted by.

Unfortunately as time went on, it became clear we would not make it to our destination of Salmon, before the start of the TruckersMP event, so our original journey was cut short in a gas station near Provo (Utah).

Taking the opportunity to refuel however, we then hightailed it over to Las Vegas, NV, the start point of the official event of the day. For our meetup there, the Voltison Motors on the east of the city had been selected, an unfortunately cramped industry that caused some of our member's concern, this later however proved to be a wise move, as its location gave us a good entry into the convoy procession, with a smooth leave that put us roughly in the middle of proceedings.

Our truckers looked magnificent once again in our livery, and despite the smooth leave putting us surprisingly near the front of the approx. 700 trucker strong convoy, the beginning of the trip was very start stop, with many hill starts and sudden stabs of brakes, eventually though this gave way to smoother driving as the event rolled on, and eventually the nights seemingly perpetual darkness gave way to daylight as the convoy neared its end point, the large NAMIQ mining and quarrying operation to the west of Raton (Colorado).

Ready for one last trip to Durango!

Once the last of our drivers had arrived in the city, we took the opportunity to take a well deserved rest break, and gathered together near the city's service station to join Pepper in the final route to his drop off in Durango. This gave a a chance to squeeze one more load in for the day, and to take another more scenic and twisty route through Colorado landscape to end another classic day of trucking.

8th November 2020

Once again Sgt. Pepper's Long Haulage set off on a grand series of convoys, starting in the relatively remote city of Vyborg Russia, where there isn't even a company garage! We gathered our cargos and set off on the 890km journey to Kaunas, pausing briefly to refuel in Rēzekne.

Our second convoy route we decided to head back into the vanilla part of the map, steering towards Metz in Northeast France, via a detour through the seaport in Liepāja (Latvia), we departed the ferry in Travemünde (Germany), braving the rush hour traffic we skirted past Dortmund and Cologne unscathed and made its safely to our destination Metz.

Following on from Metz we decide to head further south for Milan, including a slight detour down the spaghetti road southwest of Bern.

Having reached Milan (Italy) we refilled our fuel tanks and turned our wheels towards the Hungarian city of Pecs. Here, the convoys were over for many, but a select few dedicated truckers made one last high speed trip to Brno in the Czech Republic, to top off a fantastic day's trucking!

Today Sgt. Peppers Long Haulage will be attending the ConSecGroup Halloween Community Special with Real Op's and Truckfest!

The convoy will go from Milan in Italy to the large border crossing rest area north of Zurich in Switzerland, be sure to check #│vtc-convoys convoys for all the info!
