4. Stick to the prescribed schedule and convoy plan.
5. Have your job and truck ready at the start of the convoy. (FULL FUEL)
6. Cargo is restricted for the FORKLIFTS!

8. If your company has more than 5 members and you want to participate, you must reserve a slot on our Discord server - link here.
9. The convoy is mainly organized in Czech language, if you need please use translator, we will also use English.

• 18:30 - Meetup at parking slots in the Frankfurt.
• 19:00 - Departure from the parking slots in the Frankfurt.
• 19:30 - Passage through the city of Prague!
• 20:00 - Passage through the historic Berlin Center!
• 20:15 - Arrival to the Berlin warehouses and unload of cargo!
• 20:20 - Group photo and end of the convoy!

To ride on this convoy for companies with more than 5 MEMBERS, slot registration is required.

For this, simply use the new slot feature on our Discord server.

Correct Registration Procedure:

1. Select your slot with the code number in the room or on the convoy page.
2. Create a new ticket for booking a slot in the #ticket room on our Discord.
3. Fill out the registration form, indicating the slot you are interested in.
4. Our management will confirm your registration through the ticket.

Remember to monitor slot occupancy on the server and communicate with us.
