TRAINEE --- will start in this position when getting hired. ways to advance are simple, MILES FOR TRUCKSBOOK. IF you accumulate alot of miles before your second month is up you can apply for a advance. You will be able to advance without doin LOTS of miles also by just waiting the 2 month probation period out and just being active in the VTC. YOU dont need to do company convoys or anything can do solo convoys as well no problem EMPLOYEE --- employment status AWESOME!! 1 step closer to management. You are now off probation and are a blown employee of the most badass VTC DISPATCH --- you can now dispatch people jobs to do for that month. keep it at 1 job per month unless the operator asks for more dispatch jobs to be assinged to him or her. MANAGEMENT--- You can now dispatch certain jobs to employees for them to complete by the month is over. have management decisions as well as a seat at the Managers table! help with direction of vtc at managers level.

PS GUYS AND GALS this is just to add a LIL Roleplay to the vtc to make it a lil more fun. It wont change gameplay unless you wanna go further into the rp then cool will add that much more fun can add more positions and anything else. but at the end of the day this is all just for fun and not strict like some vtcs can be. i just want friends to truck with and have some fun in the process
