1. Have your ban history public
2. Give the staff an application on why you should be staff here 3 depending on your behaviour in the discord, be in the company for at least 2 weeks before you can apply
3. if you have had previous experience as staff at another vtc please give us evidence because that will massively boost your chance
4. have good social skills, because you will be talking to a lot of people, and become active maybe more so than you currently are.
5. be able to cope in different situations to what you are used to,
6. you will also need to change you tag to your new position ( ATVTC | EVENTS TEAM ) (ATVTC | MANAGER) (ATVTC | MEDIA TEAM) ect... .............................................................................................................................................................................................................
