In a recent staff meeting, we decided that our Discord server needed some change. To start, we decided that we would overhaul the roles, make them a bit tidier and also introduce new roles into the server in which we felt was necessary. During this overhaul we managed to remove many unneeded and unused roles which allowed us to start introducing some new ones.
During our staff meeting we discussed which area's we felt needed work and where we could improve the staff workload. Until now, we ran our community on the very small staff team made up of our veteran members. However, as we grew more and more the workload on this staff team was starting to get out of hand rather quickly causing us to all band together even more and take on roles some of us have never done before. After some time, we decided to finally open up our staff applications and introduce new faces to the team. We brought 3 new roles which include;

Discord Moderation Manager
Discord Moderation Team
Event Team
Our new staff applications have been open for just under a week now and we are happy to that we have had a lot of interest in this opportunity. Over the past week we have been able to interview multiple members and luckily were able to invite them to join the team!
