What is a community manager?
As a community manager in Stride Haulage you will be one of the main faces in the VTC and the general community. You will be responsible for clear interactions between staff and drivers and keep a overview of the daily operations. The tasks are many and if you are up for a challenge this role might be for you. Bellow we will try to clarify your key tasks. Its also important to know that this role has next to nothing to do with any practical HR work. You make sure our day to day operations are as efficient as possible.
Key Tasks
- Make sure the drivers assets are effective and up to date. (Handbook, channels, commands, roles and other information regarding the drivers)
- Approve and help implement suggestions
- Quality check- What is working, what needs changing (visual & administrative)
- Assist other managers of different departments like SHR, Social media ETC. and making sure each department is efficient.
- Be of support to anybody who needs it
- Be of support to the other staff
- Moderate our platforms
- Connect people
- Be the CEO & COO's filter- Decide what will end up on their table so to speak.
- Help establish partnerships
