Wild Hogz Trucking December Newspost, Our team has been working hard to propel our company forward and enhance our existing infrastructure in preparation for the new year. In the post below, you can see what we've been busy with during the month of December.

DRIVER UPDATES:

In December, we received a typical number of applications and maintained a 100% acceptance rate. As expected during the holiday season, we anticipated hiring fewer drivers due to people spending time with family and friends. Our driver count increased from 26 in November to36 by the end of December.

DEPARTMENT UPDATES:

In December, we completely overhauled our staff departments to align with the direction we are pushing for in the new year. See below for the changes we have made:

ADDED:

• Public Relations
• Team Managers
• Development

CHANGED:

• Operations Manager ---> General Manager

PUBLIC RELATIONS:

• This Department will be responsible for all Newsposts by the company, Driver complaints and Ticket management on our Discord server. This can still be changed

TEAM MANAGERS:

• These people will be responsible for making sure each Department has someone to learn from and get help from if needed.

DEVELOPMENT:

• Our Development team will be responsible for making sure everything is working smoothly and constantly updating our Website, Drivers hub and more.

GENERAL MANAGER:

• This person will be in charge of holding meetings with our Team managers to keep them updated on any changes in the work so they can be prepared when something is changed so we don't have confusion.

DEVELOPMENT UPDATES:
