Good things come to those who wait! August was definitely a month to be fired up about - as the leaves start trying their best to match the ATM livery, we continue to see our drivers putting in enormous work. With new innovations on the way, and a LOT to rightfully look forward to over the next few months, we hope this helps motivate you on your journey for success!

Welcome Back to Recap!

You can almost hear the cacophony of ringing schoolbells in the distance, and those leaves are slowly, but surely, starting to yellow - it must be September!

Here at ATM, we signed off the summer strong, putting in all that typical work you’d come to expect from a driver really going the extra mile (ha, ha) to get you your goods on time. With plenty of exciting news on the way into the end of the year, and a fancy 2023 Recap in the works, there’s always something to look forward to - let’s instead take a minute to look back on what a great month our drivers had.

Our drivers continued to impress through the August heatwave - with a whopping 18 driver increase through August (approximately one every two days!), an increase of over 600 total deliveries from last month’s total, and with plenty of profit rolling in to better enhance the ATM experience, we’re nothing if not proud of our drivers!

Our total statistics come out to:

290 total drivers as of September 1st (+18 drivers, increase of 6.6%) 1,584,341 total kilometres (+256,088 km, increase of 19.3%) 2466 total deliveries (+611 deliveries, increase of 32.9%) $70,228,602 in profit (+$9,593,500, increase of 15.8%)

Our total distance for the month:

• is equal to 5,165 laps of the Monza GP, or
• is equal to 255 one-way trips from Alaska to Florida, or
• is equal to 6.5 trips across the Canadian coastline.

Our top 3 drivers for this month…

• with 74,498 km…. Harlequinn!
• with 99,245 km… mythical-life
• and with 174,382 km… does he even need an introduction? david12567!

Of course, we also have to recognize our two outstanding individuals this past month - namely, our Driver of the Month & Staff of the Month!

Driver of the Month - mythical-life

Continuing to clock in mileage that competes with the best of the best, and earning yet another 2nd place finish in our leaderboard, mythical-life has proven indispensible to the unnerving life of logistics. Near or far, smooth sailing or whatever Mother Nature can throw at a driver, mythical-life makes it their goal to always get the delivery completed on time and in the best shape possible. With nearly 100 thousand kilometres this past month, and with a positive interaction in the community at least once or twice daily, to say we appreciate their efforts wouldn’t be high enough praise!

Staff of the Month - Martin (martin_wolf)

Keeping our special divisions afloat is no easy task - Martin, our lovely Construction Supervisor, takes that as a personal challenge daily! A large part of our push for improving and enhancing our special divisions this past month has been working towards improving our modded cargo list - whether it’s sourcing the cargo, keeping our infrastructure up to date, or ensuring their division remains up to par with our commitment to excellence, Martin continues to put in valuable work that keeps ATM running at the high efficiency you know and love!

Divisions Update

Another great month from our Special Divisions is in the books! Out of the total distance driven over September, our divisions accounted for a staggering 41.8% of the total distance, at 661,693 kilometres!

Our Agricultural division continued to shine with 352 deliveries across 303,645 kilometres. Here’s how the rest of our divisions stack up:

• Chilled - 255 deliveries across 143,433 km

• Hazmat - 117 deliveries across 125,339 km

• Construction - 107 deliveries across 89,276 km

Our Special Divisions are always looking for more drivers - be sure to submit your application if you’ve achieved the rank of Driver!

Into Q4 and Beyond

As we move towards the 300 driver mark this month, we’re working hard to prepare for our year end festivities! A couple of key notes regarding Q4:

• Thank you to every VTC who has invited us to events near and far! We are unfortunately fully booked until 2024, but please utilize our new Event Advertisement channels and contact our Events team to learn more about promoting your convoy!

• During December, ATM will be on an annual Christmas break. This means a general reduction of work from our staff and drivers, though we will make every effort to support you as the need arises.

• Of course, remember to watch out for more details about ATM Wrapped 2023!
