*Our drivers have kept up the great work as we (finally) start to watch winter taper off, ushering in a new season about as bright and cheery as all our members! With lots of exciting stuff on the way as the year progresses, I look forward to seeing everyone's contributions.
...oh yeah, and it's great to be back writing these!*

Firstly, can we give a nice hefty round of applause to Shadows for taking on the January Recap? He killed it, and really saved my bacon there when things definitely had me stretched thin! Who knows, maybe more Shadows cameos in the future...?
Anywho, welcome to our February Recap! It's been a fruitful month for our VTC, especially with large events like the LGBTQ+ Support Convoy coming to fruition after many months of work. There's, naturally, plenty to cover as always -- let's dive right in, shall we?
With me back at the helm, you know what time it is... statistics deep-dive nerd time is baaaaack!
With this in mind, let's take a look at our obligatory top 3 drivers - drumroll please...
Congratulations to our top performers, and we're excited to see who'll close out the quarter strong in March!

A regular amongst our drivers, and an event powerhouse, it seems like everyone knows Sehi! As an avid contributor to our events team, one of our top event attendees from last month with over 185 thousand points, regular mileage to boot, and an attitude that motivates those around them, we're happy to have Sehi wear the many hats that they do here at ATM. Sehi truly exemplifies what a Hall Of Fame Driver looks like - and it looks like there will be no slowing them down anytime soon! Congrats again, and thanks for all you do and bring to ATM!
Issac is an absolute powerhouse of the ATM staff team! Whether it's leaping on new HR duties like a tiger ready to pounce, somehow holding a conversation in every one of our many chats, offering to pick up the slack when things get tough, or any other thing he seemingly does like a star, Issac is a motivator and constant uplifter of our staff team, particularly those in HR. His efforts as a driver shouldn't go unnoticed, either; with over 44 thousand miles and 65 thousand division points from last month alone, Issac sets the standard for a staff member here at At The Mile
A big round of applause to our Driver and Staff of the Month, and best wishes for a great March to everyone here at ATM - your efforts make ATM the place to be!

Let's see who's taken the "leap" (I'm just full of jokes today!) and joined the ATM family over February!
Human Resources No changes.
Events Matthias joins the Events Team (Feb. 5).
Community No changes.
Media No changes.
Special Divisions No changes.
The shortened month certainly didn't put a damper on the work of our divisional drivers - let's see how each division stacks up:
Great work as always, and more to look forward to in March! Agricultural, do I smell a resurgence during the green month of March? (I should really stop before they finally fire me...)

A new year has meant so much to look forward to, which means it's time for the brief glimpse into the future at the hands of the wisest, all-seeing recap author you all know and love!
Firstly, in case you didn't see it, a massive thank you to all the organizations and VTCs that both invited us to their events and attended our events; your work helps strengthen our connections with the community and reminds us all what the spirit of TruckersMP is really all about!
Looking much to the future (although, with the way 2024 is speeding along, can we really say it's that far away?) we, of course, have our 3rd anniversary on the horizon! More to come about the celebrations - in the meantime, please check out our event page, and help us secure an event server!
Speaking of, our March event is coming up on March 27th - make sure to visit our Discord or Events page for more details and slot booking information!
Well, Shadows, thanks for picking up last month's recap, but I can definitely say I'm thrilled to be back writing these. Make sure to give him a pat on the back for me after reading this - in the meantime, so long, and I'll see you all in April!
