• Founder: Ekibin kurucusudur ve en üst düzey temsilci/yetkilidir. Tüm ekipten sorumludur ve şirketin genel işleyişini denetler. Ekibin hedeflerini belirler ve bu hedeflere ulaşılması için stratejik kararlar alır. Gerektiğinde diğer yetkililere rehberlik eder ve Güven Logistics’in vizyonunu ileriye taşır.
• CEO | Chief Executive Officer: Şirketin yönetim ekibiyle ilgilenir. Ekipte aktif rol oynar ve şirketin hedeflerine ulaşmasını destekler.
• Manager: Ekibin genel koordinasyonuyla ilgilenir. Diğer tüm alt yönetim kadrosundan sorumludur.
• Human Resources: Şirkete katılan üyelerle ilgilenir ve kayıtlarını yapar. İnsanlara şirket hakkında bilgi verir.
• Event Manager: Konvoyların planlaması ve düzenlenmesiyle ilgilenir. Konvoyların saatini ve güzergahını belirler. Konvoy davetleriyle ilgili konularda Event Supervisor ile birlikte çalışır.
• Event Supervisor: Konvoy davetleriyle ilgili konularda Event Manager'a yardımcı olur. Katılımcı ve evsahibi olunan konvoylar ile ilgili slot planlaması yapar.
• Convoy Chief: Konvoylarda ekibin düzeninden sorumludur. Konvoya liderlik eder.
• Community Moderator: Discord sunucusuyla ilgilenir. Herhangi bir kural ihlali durumunda gerekeni yapar.

• Event Manager: Deals with the planning and organization of convoys. Determines the time and route of convoys. Works with the Event Supervisor on issues related to convoy invitations.
• Event Supervisor: Assists the Event Manager on issues related to convoy invitations. Makes slot planning for participating and hosted convoys.
• Convoy Chief: Responsible for the team's order in convoys. Leads the convoy.
• Community Moderator: Takes care of the Discord server. Takes necessary action in case of any rule violation.
