April Dev Updates

Discord Bot:

• Added newShard.removeAllListeners(); which clears all old listeners on the shard. This helping to prevent memory leaks or usage.
• Re wrote the bot error logging to provide more detail and log within server for immediate action.
• Re wrote the index.js uncaughtException and unhandledRejection
• Events handling and bot.js clean up
• Distube command updated, not reliable for music at the moment.

• Ticket system re write, more reliable than the last version as this has had testing.
• ephemeral changed to flags: 64
• Fixed https://discord.com/channels/876849819434496042/1203400771496837201 and https://discord.com/channels/876849819434496042/1141168563248439406 interactions failing due to missing switch case interactions.
• Added event accept/decline system which the idea was given to me from itsPeanutttt (Pean Logistics)
• Updated event system, fetches event info from TMP API
