Positions & Roles

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• The highest-ranking position in the company, responsible for its overall success. The CEO oversees all business operations, sets strategic goals, and makes key decisions for the organization.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

• Second in command after the CEO, the COO is responsible for the company’s day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This includes managing the internal operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing the CEO’s vision.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• The CFO manages the company’s financial health, including overseeing budgets, financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This role also handles financial contributions and donations for future company events.

Event and Convoy Manager (ECM)

• Responsible for planning and organizing the company’s weekly convoys and other activities. The ECM ensures these events run smoothly, providing support and coordination during each event.

Media Team (MT)

• The Media Team is in charge of capturing visual content during company events. They handle photography, video production, and live streaming, ensuring the company’s activities are well-documented and shared across various platforms.

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

• The CHRO manages the company’s human resources strategy, including the development of HR policies, recruitment, employee training, and benefits packages. They ensure the company attracts and retains talent while fostering a positive work environment.

Human Resources Manager (HR)

• The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring employees receive adequate training, support, and development opportunities. They also act as a point of contact for employees to raise concerns regarding their work or involvement in company events.

FTC | Employee

• An official member of the company who is eligible to join company events and participate in raffles for prizes.

FTC | Trainee

• A trainee must complete an evaluation process conducted by HR and senior leadership to become an official member of the company.

FTC | Honorable

• An original, distinguished member of the company who has been inactive for more than a month but is recognized for their past contributions.
