Kings Logistics – 2026 Convoys, Projects & Team Support Wanted

Hey Kings Family 2026 is going to be a huge year for us. Our Monthly Convoys are already fully planned — and on top of that, we’re working on several new convoy formats and projects to take Kings to the next level.

And most importantly: we’re not only looking for people “just for 2026”, but for people who want to make 2026 an amazing year with us — and beyond. We want to grow long-term, get stronger, and build something truly special together.

To make all of this happen in a clean, organized, Kings-standard way, we are looking for support in Events and Media — both internally (as part of Kings) and externally (without joining Kings).

Important note: We’re intentionally not sharing too many details about concepts, internal processes, or planned features in this post. Not because we want to be “secret” — but because we want to protect our ideas and workflows so they can’t simply be copied. Thanks for understanding.

Convoys 2026 (short & no spoilers)

Monthly Convoys: fully planned and running as usual. Additional formats we’re working on include: ┃Awareness/Charity Convoys – focused on important topics and possible actions/cooperations. ┃Theme Convoys – convoys with a clear theme identity and unique style. ┃Special Convoys – rare, special convoys with unique concepts. ┃Night Convoys – [N] = Night Convoy, usually between 00:00 and 06:00.

We won’t reveal more details yet — but expect more variety, more quality, and pure Kings.

Why we need support

Our goal is not only “more”, but especially better: more structured, clearer, more professional — no pressure, but high quality. For that, we need people to help make everything run smoothly, for example with:

• a clearer, more organized event planning flow (without leaking details)
• more structured inviting of companies/VTCs
• better overview (who was invited, who confirmed, what’s still open)
• clean handling of incoming invitations
• more & better media (photos/videos/clips) to keep Kings looking professional

You don’t need to be perfect. If you’re motivated and reliable, we’ll guide you and explain everything step by step.

Internal Roles (you become part of Kings)

If you want to join Kings Logistics and actively help, we’re mainly looking for:

Event Director (EVD) → leads/coordinates our event area and makes sure everything runs clean and organized. (This role is above the Event Coordinator.)

Event Coordinator (EVC) → supports planning & preparation of events/convoys and helps with execution.

Event Team (ET) → helps with invitations, replies, and event support.

Media Specialist (MED) → takes photos/videos, sorts them, light editing, highlights.

Content Creator (CTC) → clips/reels, captions, upload-ready content (for socials/posts).

(Don’t worry: internally we keep responsibilities clear and structured — no chaos.)

External Roles (stay in your VTC, support Kings anyway)

Want to support Kings but stay in your own VTC? You can still be part of the Kings Family through our External Roles:

[EXT] Event Team (External) → helps with invitations/lists/forum structure — without internal rights or internal processes.

[EXT] Media Team (External) → photos/videos at Kings convoys, optional editing, delivery for review — we publish with credits after approval.

Important: External roles are public helper roles. No access to internal systems/channels, no admin rights, no kick/ban rights.

Our projects (2026 & beyond)

Besides convoys, we’re also working on multiple improvements to make Kings stronger overall:

• Our biggest project: the new website (a very big thing)
• further optimization of our structure & organization
• Discord will be improved/cleaned up/optimized
• systems we already have will be expanded and optimized further

On top of that, we will improve the structure we already have to make everything even clearer, cleaner, and more consistent — for Kings and our Kings standard.
