Human Resources Recap for December 2025!

The end of the year 2025 is here ! Yes, it was a fantastic year here at Pean Logistics, as well as many that will come after this one. We hope and strive for next year to be even better than last.

Throughout the month of December, the Human Resources team and many other teams has been hard at work ensuring the quality of our drivers is top notch, and our Discord server is a safe place to relax and talk.

In December, we celebrated the birthday of our founder itsPeanutttt. A convoy was also held, as is the case every year, where special awards were given out.The convoy itself was very well attended by other VTCs, as well as by drivers on the TMP.

Like every year, World of Trucks organized a Christmas event, this year called Woven Wonders of Winterland, where many of our drivers took part.

Drivers Terminated / Left / Removed: 34 drivers and applicants

Throughout the month of December, we have been very busy dealing with applications! Pean is still steadily growing into one of the most populated VTCs in the TruckersMP VTC system and we're so grateful for all of you who joined us last month. Without you drivers, this VTC would not be what it is today.
