本次竞选共收到5份人员报名申请，经对应选人员资历、能力、潜力的能力评估，最终确定： 原队员：秋风（编号：043）在竞选过程中表现突出，展示出了优秀的资历、能力、潜力。经研究决定，竞选为人事主管职位。

二、岗位要求

本岗位于2026年06月01日正式生效，请秋风同志针对俱乐部现状制定出应对方案及以后发展目标及管理制度
