As the Mariam team, we would like to keep you informed about our latest updates and developments.

During June, we completed major improvements and changes to our Discord bots. As you know, Mariam VTC is actively managing a total of 4 servers, and we are a team that puts great effort into meeting the needs and requests of more than 1000 members.

We have been in a short resting period recently, but our active team members are now working together in a coordinated way to bring our team back to its previous level of activity and make our structure even stronger.

Although we have not been creating our own events for a short period of time, we continue to be one of the teams that accepts the highest number of event invitations within TMP. We are able to participate in approximately 95% of the events we accept, showing the value and importance we give to every organization. Every month, we accept more than 20 events and carefully manage each one.

Our Ticket Bot and Event Manager Bot systems, which we developed to improve our event processes, have been providing great support and efficiency for our team. Recently, we assigned a new task to our developer team and requested the development of a new bot specifically for our driver server.

With this new system, accepted events will automatically be recorded into our bots, and all our drivers will be notified through Discord 24 hours before each event. They will receive all important information, including event details, time, slot information, and other necessary updates.

Previously, these announcements were handled manually in our Discord server in a practical way. By transferring this process to our Mariam VTC bots, we aim to reduce workload, allow our Event Manager team to focus on other important tasks, and minimize possible errors.

The latest updates for the bots developed for our guest server have not been fully completed yet, so we will share more details about them in the future.

Additionally, our Mariam Media team is working towards becoming active again as soon as possible and continuing its activities with even more success and professionalism than before.
