The Dream Project is defined by its diverse offerings – both in-game and on our Discord server. We are constantly striving to develop our platform further and provide all members with the opportunity to enrich their experiences and actively contribute to the project.

A key aspect of our community is the individually tailored rules. Depending on function or rank, different requirements and responsibilities apply that are suited to the respective positions. We ensure that these rules are regularly reviewed and adjusted to meet current circumstances and to respond to feedback from the community.

In our VTC (Virtual Trucking Company), we have established a thoughtful system of roles and ranks. If you decide to join our team, we start with a personal conversation. This conversation serves to get to know you better and to explain the foundations of our project, allowing us to find the perfect role or rank for you.

It is important to emphasize that the assignment to a certain position is not set in stone. If after our initial conversation you feel that another role would be a better fit for your skills, adjustments are always possible. We promote flexibility and dynamism, allowing everyone the chance to grow and embrace new challenges.
