Aug. 10, 2020 Global Cargo was created from Viva Netherlands. So this year we celebrate our 4-year anniversary as Global Cargo. And what a lot has happened in those 4 years with the last 2 years above 200 active members. August 10 is on a Saturday and this would be a perfect day for a nice convoy but since the amount of convoys already scheduled on that day we decided to organize our anniversary on our regular public convoy day (2nd Thursday of the month) so August 8, 2024.

The plan is to hold this event on Ets2 (but with 1.50 currently in experimental beta) and therefore not clear when it comes out and if TruckersMP will work then or not. Have we decided to create the event on TruckersMP but no route and parking slots yet this will happen closer to the event so we can take into account the changes that are in 1.50.

But of course we need 100 registrations to request an event server so we would like to ask you to sign up anyway and VTC who indicate they will be there (and have more than 5 members) will be the first to be contacted when the slot booking is open so they can be the first to book a slot.

10 Augustus 2020 is Global Cargo ontstaan vanuit Viva Nederland. Dus dit jaar vieren we ons 4-jarig bestaan als Global Cargo. En wat is er veel gebeurt in die 4 jaar met de laatste 2 jaar boven de 200 actieve leden. 10 Augustus is op een zaterdag en dit zou een perfecte dag zijn voor een mooi konvooi maar aangezien de hoeveelheid konvooien die al gepland staan op die dag hebben wij besloten om ons verjaardag op onze vaste publieke konvooi dag te organiseren (2de donderdag van de maand) dus 8 Augustus 2024.

De planning is dit event op Ets2 te houden (maar met 1.50 op dit moment in experimentele beta) en daardoor niet duidelijk wanneer deze uitkomt en als TruckersMP dan werkt of niet. Hebben we besloten wel het event aan te maken op TruckersMP maar nog geen route en parking slots te maken dit zal dichter tegen het event gebeuren zodat we rekening kunnen houden met de wijzigingen die in 1.50 zitten.

Maar natuurlijk zijn we wel 100 aanmeldingen nodig om een event server aan te vragen daarom willen we jullie vragen om je toch al vast aan te melden en VTC die aangeven erbij te zijn (en meer dan 5 members hebben) zullen wij als eerste benaderen wanneer de slot boeking open is zodat deze dan als eerste een slot kunnen boeken.
