The founders are the visionary leaders responsible for establishing the company, setting its goals, and guiding its overall direction. They oversee the organization and ensure that the company's mission and culture are upheld.

The Chef Operations Officer (COO) is the one that oversees all operations in the VTC, helping out the Founder in any way possible. They are also responsible for hiring/removing Managers.

Human Resources Manager: indowes

*The HR Manager handles recruitment, member relations, and personnel management. They ensure a positive and inclusive environment, addressing any issues or concerns within the team and promoting the company's values and being the leader. *

Event Manager: vacant (COO temp)

The event manager organizes virtual trucking events, convoys, and special gatherings. From handling slot requests to accepting event invitations. They coordinate event logistics and plans schedules.

Media Manager: Galaxii_

This person manages the company’s online presence, creating and sharing content on social media platforms. They promote events, post updates, and maintain a strong digital brand.

Community Manager: Susumu

The community manager oversees engagement with members, fostering a friendly and supportive community. They moderate communication channels, encourage interaction, and address member concerns or feedback. They are also responsible for planning and creating community events like game nights and hangouts.

Division Manager: Max Versthappening

The Division department handles divisions, like it says. Hazardous to Forestry, we haul everything!

The HR team helps our HR Manager in helping our drivers and accepting new drivers.

The media team assists the media manager by creating visual and digital content, such as videos, graphics, and photos. They help capture moments from events and promote the company’s activities online.

Developer Team

The developer team helps us develop and maintain our discord bot and website with constant updates and fixes.
