VTC PROGRESS UPDATE - JULY 2025

Since launching in March, it's been a whirlwind! We've expanded rapidly, established a solid team, and driven thousands of miles. Let's take a look at the past and the future!

LEADERSHIP TEAM

As members of the leadership team, we are committed to leading Novi Trucking in the right direction, and making sure every step forward moves us along the right path. What a journey it has been, and we are incredibly proud of all the growth and progress we have made together. From the start, our priority has been to build a community that is supportive and can thrive, where every driver feels appreciated and challenged. It is a wonderful feeling to see our fleet grow, our events flourishing and our drivers making friends-who are not just teammates, but family. We are excited about what is next, and we will continue to make sure that Novi Trucking will continue its rise and ascent, by collectively continuing to improve and make an impact in the virtual trucking world.

STAFF SPOTLIGHT

A huge thank you to Pip, Craig, Jayden, and The Red Riot for their immense contributions to our team. Pip and Craig have been working on media for the VTC for a while and we appreciate all the time and effort they have put in. We really value their efforts and what they do for us as a VTC at Novi Trucking. Jayden has taken things in stride as a new recruit and is quickly making an impact. The Red Riot started as part of the HR team and has made it to Community Manager with exceptional service managing the server and keeping the community connected. We are very fortunate to have all of these people on the team!

DRIVER THANK YOU

We would like to thank ALL the drivers for your time, effort, and miles that have allowed this VTC to keep moving! Without you, we simply would not be here today. Each Convoy, Delivery, or challenge given that we have faced in our time together, has only been possible because of your continued hard work and dedication as a VTC. You are so much more than a driver in this VTC, you are the heart and soul of Novi Trucking! Lets continue building something special, together, and the journey will only get better and better - we have huge plans and the possibilities are endless with each single one of you. Here's to many more miles, moments and milestones in the future together as we continue this journey!
