In this post, we will introduce the management team in detail and list the other team members in each department. Introducing the Team from Nørthern Express Nørthern Express was founded on January 03, 2025 at 21:50 by Maxi, and 4 friends on 03. January 2025, who all have the same goal to create a VTC & Community where everyone is welcome.

Each team member wrote their own text to introduce themselves so that you can easily meet them. Each of our members has an important role to fulfill our vision, achieving our goals, and steering Nørthern Express in the right direction.

Maxi - Founder

Hey, I'm Maxi. Founder of Nørthern Express.
I'm from Hamburg in the north of Germany, my main tasks here in the VTC is to keep an eye on everything that happens in the VTC, I'm in constant contact with the CEO/COO & the Managers of the Teams. I'm also a TruckersMP Community Moderator & Report Moderator and my tasks include Community Moderation on the various Community platforms and Website Game Moderation. Do you have any questions? smoudus - Chief Executive Officer

Hey! I'm smoudus or Dennis, and I’m from Germany, more specifically from Bavaria. Currently, I’m the Chief Executive Officer of Nørthern Express. My role involves managing the technical aspects of the company, such as programming and maintaining our bot, setting up systems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Beyond the tech, I also work closely with our managers, making sure they have the support they need to perform at their best. And if the bot happens to break (again), rest assured I’m already on it, working hard to get everything back on track.

'Leftlane - Chief Operating Officer

Greetings! I'm 'leftlane, 19 years old from North Rhine-Westphalia near Dortmund. In my free time I do different things, meet up with friends, go to the gym, play computer games and many other things. At TruckersMP I'm a Game Moderator and ensure that our servers are free from people who violate our rules, so that you have a enjoyable experience. If you have any questions you can always write me via Discord or the forum, and I will try to answer you as soon as possible! :)

.Jonas07. - Chief Managing Officer

Hello everyone, I'm Jonas, 17 years old and I have the honour of holding the position of Chief Managing Officer. My ETS career goes back up to 4 years. Together with our founder, I already ran my own VTC in 2021. My hobby and overall passion is truck driving. In real life, I'm currently in the process of turning my passion into a profession. I'm a complete country person and love life outside of big cities, in nature and peace and quiet. I log into the game from Rathmannsdorf which is my home village in the east of Saxony. This is where I feel at home with my family.

Stadtaffe1337 - Senior Human Resources Manager

Hello World, I'm Stadtaffe1337 and I am a Human Resources Manager at Nørthern Express. In my role as HR Manager, I am mainly responsible for the concerns of our drivers, the HR team, and the processing of new driver applications. What else can I say about me? My name is Jason, I'm 21 years old and I am from East Germany. Additionally, I'm a Game Moderation Leader at TruckersMP, where I ensure that all players follow the rules. Nyrøciel - Public Relations Manager

Hi everyone, my name is Noah, I am 20 years old and I come from Germany. I have been with Northern Express since June 2025 and work here as manager for our social media channels. In my free time, I play handball and enjoy hiking in the mountains. I hope this has given you a little insight into who I am, and maybe we will see each other on the streets of TMP :)

Toth. - Event Manager

Hello everyone! My name is Toth, though most people call me Nancy instead of Toth. I am the Event Manager for Nørthern Express. In this role, I mostly work behind the scenes — handling ticketing systems, posting our official events, sending notifications for internal convoys, and managing our CC team.
A little about myself: I’m 20 years old and come from Beijing, the capital city of China. I currently work as a website tester for the DBus team, where I’m responsible for identifying potential risks and bugs before new website features go live. I’m also a community moderator at TruckersHub, helping ensure all users follow community guidelines.

Kooji - Event Manager

Hello World,
I'm kooji, I come from Germany, I'm 16 years old and my birthday is at the beginning of April. In my free time, I like to ride my motorbike and go to the gym. My job at Nørthern Express is to look after the Event-Team. I also work in the HR-Team. It's always fun to ‘work’ there and talk to the team and the drivers. Everyone is always nice and active. I'm also active on TMP.

'Lightray. - Event Manager

Hey TMP community. My name is Slava and I am more known in game as "'Lightray."". I'm from a little town near Moscow (Russia) Schelkovo. Me soon 23 and I am "events man". You can often meet me in different convoys, because I love events more than just driving. I am CC/CCM/EM/Supervisor for many places, Vice Project Manager for Veldoria CC, Event Team for TruckersMP and Event Management of my VTC Nørthern Express. I am joined there 28 Jan 2026 and after 2 months on Event Assistant role promoted to Event Management. My role is more behind the scenes. Tickets/Event Planning/Work with Northern Event Team and also I am Division Head. trucker.lukas - Media Manager

Hey, Im Lukas also known as trucker.lukas I'm 19 years old, live in Germany (lower saxony) and i currently work in media management at NE, where I focus on graphic design and the graphic design team. In my private life, I am a mechanic apprentice, currently in my fourth year of training, and in my spare time I am a passionate football fan. I also enjoy gaming (mainly ETS2) and many other games. I also spend some time with Friends and also have an Instagram Account (trucker.lukas) where i post many Pictures of my trucks!

'мαттєσ - Addon Manager

Hello, my name is Matteo. I am 18 years old and I am from Hessen, Germany, more precisely from Frankfurt am Main. In my free time, I go to the gym, study for my truck driver training course, and meet up with friends. I am currently training to become a professional truck driver and drive a Mercedes Actros L. I have also been playing TruckersMP since 2021, create interiors using the tool Blender, and enjoy doing save edits. That’s all about me.
