Another year, another Stars that Shine edition but this time #10! And now, ladies and gentlemen, we finally have our founder Maxi. here for you!

Hey everyone, My name is Maxi, also known as Maxi. or itsmaxxiiii. I'm from the beautiful north of Germany, from Hamburg, I'm the founder of the VTC and TruckersMP Report & Community Moderator.
I'm 20 years old and will be celebrating my 21st birthday in 2026. I have many hobbies: I enjoy working, spending time outdoors in nature, doing sports and,of course, spending some time on the PC in the TruckersMP community.
In TruckersMP, I'm often on the virtual roads, participating in events and supporting in the CC or media team. In the TruckersMP team itself, i'm responsible for moderating the Discord server, the streaming platforms and reviewing reports. This means that i check submitted reports and help to keep the community safe and fair. Besides gaming, i also enjoy travelling around Hamburg and the surrounding area. i would like to become more active again in social media content in the future, such as Twitch streams and Instagram. In our VTC, I keep track of everything that happens in the team. This includes management and leadership discussions about innovations, changes and organisational issues. It is important to me that everyone is doing well and that we have a good collegial atmosphere in the team. In short, I make sure that everything runs smoothly. What makes our VTC special is that we have deliberately given our managers a lot of freedom since the company was founded. We only set a small guideline, and then they can work independently and make decisions. This ensures a more relaxed working environment, a good workflow and a team that really works together. New members can get involved right away and show what they can do. Anyone who wants to can develop from staff member to manager, which is an attractive incentive for many. Our managers make sure that everything remains structured but relaxed.
My journey to ETS2 and TruckersMP began in 2012 with German Truck Simulator. In 2016, I moved on to Euro Truck Simulator 2. In 2019, a VTC showed me how to install TruckersMP, and I've been part of the community ever since. Over the years, I have played the game for more than 13,500 hours (as of 2026). In 2024, I finally joined the TruckersMP team as a Community Moderator. This was a real milestone for me, as I had long wanted to contribute actively to punishing rule violations and keeping the community safe. I'm proud of my journey, the goals I've achieved, and the development of our VTC. Together with smoudus, Leftlane, and Blackmonster, the idea of starting our own VTC came about spontaneously back then. No pressure, no "you must" just a place to have fun. At the time, I never imagined that such a spontaneous idea would turn into something like this, but I'm very happy to see how it has developed, which makes me happy every day. For me, teamwork is the key to success.
