On July 11th, 2025, we conducted our mid-term meeting, which served as a crucial checkpoint to assess the current standing of our VTC and to map out our vision for the coming months. The meeting began with a comprehensive review of our progress so far, highlighting both the achievements and the areas that require more attention. We discussed our convoy activity, member participation, and the performance of different departments within the team. Special attention was given to the consistency of our operations and the level of engagement across various platforms, including Discord and TruckersMP.

Furthermore, we took the opportunity to reflect on the challenges we've encountered, such as recruitment slowdowns, reduced activity during specific periods, and communication gaps between divisions. Constructive feedback was encouraged, allowing members to voice their opinions and contribute ideas for improvement. A major portion of the meeting focused on setting realistic and motivating goals for the second half of the year. These included launching new events to boost community involvement, enhancing our branding and media presence, strengthening internal communication, and exploring collaborations with other VTCs.

Overall, the mid-term meeting was not just an evaluation session, but a moment of alignment, motivation, and renewed focus. It reaffirmed our commitment to growth, teamwork, and the long-term vision of building a strong, united, and dynamic virtual trucking community.
