Starting from October 16, 2025, all our employees (including management) will be eligible for the scoring system, except for interns. This change will take effect on October 16th and everything that happened before that date will not count.

How does the system work? It's simple! You can earn points that can be exchanged for valuable rewards within the incentive program. Points are awarded for various activities related to our VTC and convoy operations.

Here's what you can expect:

Participation in convoy activities earns you 1 point.

1,000 kilometers with cargo = 0.35 points

Completion of an internship = 3 points.

Inviting someone to the VTC = 10 points.

Chat activity.

Active participation in VTC development.

Points can be deducted for:

Ban for up to 7 days = -2.5 points.

Ban for up to 14 days = -5 points.

Ban for a month = -7 points.

More than a month ban = -10 points.

There are no penalties for negative indicators.
