The Meaning Behind the Flame Lily

The Flame Lily (Gloriosa superba) is one of Africa’s most iconic flowers.

It is the national flower of Zimbabwe.
Its striking red and yellow petals resemble flames, symbolising passion and resilience.
It grows across parts of tropical Africa.
Despite its beauty, it is highly toxic — a reminder that strength and beauty often coexist with power.

Just like the flower, our driver Flame Lily represents determination, vibrance, and pride — values we celebrate during this convoy.
